Y/n's POV

I'm undercover in Marley trying to gain information for the scouts. Well that was the plan, until I met this girl named Pieck Finger. She was so beautiful and kind. I fell in love with her. I know she's Marleyan and she's the enemy but I love her. I really hope she survives tonight's attack.

Before she leaves the house I quickly run up to her and give her a kiss. She smiles.

"What's the sudden affection for?" She asks.

"I just have a bad feeling about tonight" I say

"It'll be fine, all of us warriors will be together, don't worry so much" She says as she kisses my cheek. I smile. She then walks out of the house and my smile instantly drops.

~Time Skip~

I watched Sofia and Udo get crushed... they were so young.. where's Pieck? Oh my what if she's hurt?

I quickly run around and see Porco and Pieck in their titan forms next to eachother.

"Y/N?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Jean asks as he grabs me by the waist and uses his Maneuvering gear.

"Sorry Jean" I say as we get closer to the two titans. Me and Pieck make eye contact and I look away.

I'm sorry

I then see Sasha shooting at Pieck.

No.

She takes out her gunners and then begins shooting Pieck. Pieck falls and lands on the ground.

Oh my God.. no

I used someone's Maneuvering gear and had gotten to where Pieck was.

"Y/N MOVE!" Jean says.

"PLEASE DON'T HURT HER! WE CAN WORK THIS OUT!" I yell at Jean. He freezes as he's about to shoot a Thunder Spear. He then frowns and shoots it anyway. I prepare to die but I'm still alive. I get blown away by a gust of hot air. I quickly get on my feet and run towards Pieck who is surfacing from her titan. I look over to see Sasha aiming at Pieck

Please don't.

I run as fast as I can and right before Sasha shoots I jump infront of Pieck. Sasha pulls the trigger and immediately screams.

"Y/N! NO!" Sasha yells.

She knew it wouldn't miss, she was a good shot. I knew I would die here, but I'm fine with that.

I then feel a bullet pierce through my chest, barely missing heart.

"Y/n? Aren't you one of them?" She asks. I smile weakly

"I am... but I love you, and I'd happily die for you" I say as I collapse on her.

"Y/N!" Sasha screams.

"Don't fall asleep, we'll get you medical help" Pieck says worriedly. I manage to find the strength to use my hands and pull myself up.

"Pieck... this will be the last time I ever see you... you know, you're just as beautiful as when we first me" I say as my wound continues to bleed out. Pieck's eyes widen as she tears up

~Flashback~

I was walking around the town. I had seen a bird fly past me. I was always fascinated with birds. They were so free. I wanted to be like them. I was so caught up looking at the bird I didn't pay attention to where I was going. I had ran into someone and I fell onto the ground.

"I'm so sorry, are you alright?" A female voice says. I turn and see a girl with shoulder length black hair and dark brown eyes.

She's beautiful

I was so busy staring into her eyes, I never answered her question.

"Hello?" She asks. I snap out of it and look away embarrassed

"S-Sorry, I'm fine. I was just lost in thought" I say. She giggles

I love her laugh. Is this what love at first sight is like? No you can't. Shes Marleyan. You're here to gain information.

She holds her hand out and I gladly take it

Her hands are so soft. This woman is perfect. I don't care if she's marleyan. I want her.

"You're hands are so soft" I say. She looks at me and laughs.

"My name is Pieck Finger" She says smiling at me.

"Y/n L/n" I say

~Flashback End~

"No you'll be fine" She says as a tear falls down her face.

"Hey... smile for... me... I want the last.... thing I see...to be your pretty...smile.. I'll see Udo....and Zofia... soon" I say. She tries hard to smile but can't. I frown. I then lean down and kiss her. She kisses back. I could no longer hold myself up and I was losing consciousness. I fell on Pieck once more.

"I...love..you"
