"My children... Please answer your papa's doubt" Mr. Aloha's sudden request manages to grab his kids' attention. "A man is XY right? And a woman is XX. So a man's gene can be extracted to create a woman right? But the opposite can't be done."
The children- who are not so children, and are full grown adults dependant on their parents- look at their father perplexingly. Did he just talk something sensible or should they expect gibberish any moment for now.
"Yeah, maybe. Why?" Nora asks curiously.
"Yes! This is the reason why Eve was made from Adam's rib bone while the opposite couldn't have been possible!" He claims "See how accurate our religion is!"
The sibling duo look at each other as they mentally facepalm.
"Papa, so tell me how was Adam made?" Noel questions as he twirls his short curly hair around his finger- he thinks it's cool and gives off an intellectual appeal. Although this boy usually never speaks much, he does make a good counter argument once a while.
"Adam? Uhmm..." Mr. Aloha thinks deeply for a second before answering. "He was made from mud. That's how miracles work!" He almost chuckles realizing the contrasting nature of his own statement.
"You shouldn't use science conveniently as and where you like, Papa!" Nora laughs heartily and snorts as she breathes. "On one hand you claim 'Woah, Eve is made from Adam, proven by science.' While on the other hand you say 'Adam was made from mud, Praise the Lord!' "
Her contagious laughter soon catches up to her dad, and both of them fill the house with their roars. Noel almost breaks off his stoic expression as he watches his father's tummy shaking in all vigor.
That's when his mother enters and shooes everyone. Her colleagues could hear them on the zoom meeting.
