"Oh my god ! those idiots at school actually believe this stuff ???" i said incredulously " i try to not bully you guys but like , come on! " Skylar threw her can of diet coke on me. While it had some left in it. "I don't really think you try too hard chloe." Marienette said rolling her eyes. right. ok :/ .
i adjusted myself to sit up straight. Skylar's diet coke can tilted sideways and spilled on me . I might have screamed at her a little. " CHLOE CALM THE FRICK DOWN OHMY GOD." marinette yelled , which made me realise that i'm at HER house. UGH. WHY. OK. "yes ,ok, sorry, sorry... " i muttered. " i'll just stay in my diet coke clothes till the ants consume me."
"I'll give you some clothes." Marinette sighed " i probably have some yellow stuff. " I wanted to shout more and protest that i didn't want to wear her commoner clothes, but i didn't have a choice. " Ok, whatever. " i glared at skylar pointedly. The idiot was snickering. I sort of-maybe kicked her in the shin. After i had changed into my new commoner clothes, which were a sort of yellow and white cherry sundress, i sat down and busted the last lie while marinette decided to make a colour coded totally aesthetic powerpoint to match . "wow dupain-cheng, i thought we had chemistry homework today." i said , while the others had a diet coke fight. ( no further explaination. only D I ET C O K E F I G H T ) "oh shove off you know i'm not gonna use this." she complained. My phone pinged just as i dodged one of adrien's diet coke bottles. "Oh, it's daddikins!" i exclaimed " I asked one of his attendants to question lila's mom about some of the stuff i heard her saying."
"Chloe can you buy me some more macaroons? I'm hungry ." skylar inquired while somehow guessing my password and getting on my twitter to probably get me cancelled.I grabbed my phone and stuffed cash into dupain- cheng's hands as i bought skylar probably the whole shop's supply of macaroons so she'd stop annoying me. I made skylar stay with me for the rest of the evening till it was dark and told her she could stay in the hotel. She agreed as long as there was good food.
The pale cresent moon shined on us so we looked like a black and white movie. The moonlight moved as if it was a spotlight, leading us to andre's ice cream van .He stood there quite dejected, because it looked like no one had bought his ice cream. his face lightened when he saw us. " Ah! Chloe Bourgeois , and her young partenaire! would you care for some ice cream?"
" Oooooh Can we?" asked skylar, who seemed quite interested. "Sure i guess."
he gave skylar a vanilla and cokies n cream one, and geve me a strawberry and cotton candy one. I gazed up at the now sparkling night sky , trying not to think about how me and skylar had ice creams that looked suspiciously like each other because it was giving me butterflies. Skylar was obliviously eating up her ice cream in the background, of course .
