Chapter 1 : North's Call

Hiccup POV

Today is a very good day for me to hang out with my friends. The sun started shining the land as the morning came up. We woke up early to hang out because we had so much time to do other than playing. I put my armor on including my helmet. Toothless, a Night Fury dragon and my best friend, was waiting for me outside.

"C'mon Hiccup!! Hurry up!! You don't want Jack to get there first, right?!" A voice shouting from the outside of our house and I realized it was Merida. She always like that when it comes to wait for someone but I didn't mind it. When I heard she mentioned Jack, suddenly I realized that we promised yesterday to race this morning. Dammit I'm late! She's so gonna get mad at me right now.

"I'm coming!" I yelled her back but not like an angry tone so she could get my massage.

I opened the door after I put my metal foot on my left prosthetic leg instantly. Then, I sprinted my way to them.

"Hey, bud! How are you?" I asked while catching my breath before he growled happily as I understood what he said.

"Hey, aren't we late for something?!" Merida got on Toothless and pulled me forcefully which made staggered a bit.

"Whoa! Slow down! We'll get there..." I looked over my shoulder to see her face and smirked playfully that made her giggled. Then, we're blasted off to the sky.

Jack POV

Rapunzel and I woke up first before Merida and Hiccup. Hehe... He told me yesterday that we should wake up at the SAME TIME so no one will cheat to win the race. Well, I tricked them. They're so going to piss me off especially Merida. I need to improve my dodging skill because every time when I start running away from Merida after she got tricked or something by ME, she starts shooting arrows non-stop until it hits me. I'll laugh so hard that every tricks of mine work on her but not for Rapunzel and Hiccup because they're smart.

"Jack, are you sure that Merida won't kill you if they know this?" Rapunzel asked from my back as I carried her while gliding through the wind in the sky.

"Nah... don't worry, Punz. I'm sure she won't kill me this time... probably." I chuckled.

"I'm not the one to blame, okay? It was your idea..." She replied.

"Mhmm." I smirked and she just rolled her eyes playfully.

Merida POV

Jack was behind this. I knew it. He got woke up early so he could win the race all by himself with Rapunzel. That dirty little frostie...!

"I can't believe that Frost boy is cheating again!! I'm gonna break his neck when I got my hands on him!!" I let out my anger.

"Calm down, Merida. He's always like that. It gets annoying sometimes but you'll get used to it..." Hiccup convinced me to chill out as he was steering Toothless's flight to reach them.

"Don't worry. They don't know what's coming to them..." Hiccup chuckled which made me confused.

"What do you mean?" I inquired.

"I just found a shortcut. Look..." I looked at where he was pointing. He's right. We can still win this race...! When we do, I'm gonna punish them especially that Frost boy for tricking us.

Jack POV

"You see them?" I asked Rapunzel to look behind to see if they spot us while chasing our tails.

"Uhh... no. I got a bad feeling about this, Jack." She said uneasy.

"Well, I'm not cuz we're about to-" I couldn't finish my sentence. Why? Because as we about to reach the finish line, I saw two figures standing there waiting for us and I realized it was Hiccup and Merida. How did they got there earlier than us?! Am I dreaming or something?

"What took you so long, Jack?" Hiccup smirked as soon as we landed while crossing his arms and stomping his feet like he was waiting for us at same time. I can see Merida, who was behind him, grinned which made me suspicious. I can't put my finger on it but I think she's up to something that's gonna involved ME.

"How did you guys get here first?!" Rapunzel exclaimed in disbelief.

"We found a shortcut..." Hiccup answered.

"No fair, dude! You didn't say anything about a shortcut!!" I whined.

"Too late, Jack. It's your fault after all for not waking us up early in the morning. If you did, none of this would have happened." He said.

"What about me...?" Rapunzel asked with an innocent look on her face.

"Well, that's up to Merida..." He replied.

"Of course I won't punish you, Punzie! How could I punish someone like you? Your my best friend after all!" Merida defended her which made Rapunzel hugged her for doing so.

"Oh c'mon! Hiccup, help me out, man!" I pleaded him.

"Sorry, Jack. If I do, things would get even worse for ME not you. Remember the last time I helped you out in situation like this?" He said.

"I'm gonna break your neck this time, frostbite...!" Merida clenched her fist.

"She's kidding, right?" I heard Rapunzel whispered in Hiccup's ear.

"I don't think so, Rapunzel..." He whispered back to her.

I took a step back slowly as she came closer to 'punish' me for being a jerk to her. Oh, crap. But luckily something tickled me which made her stopped moving.

"What's that?" She asked when she looked at my pocket glowing. It turned out to be my snow globe. It glowed and I knew what it means.

"It's North. He has something to say to us and I think he means right now." I said.

"So what are we waiting for?" Hiccup mounted on Toothless with Merida.

"Let's go...!" I whispered the snow globe 'North's Workshop' then threw it forming a large portal. Without any hesitation, we all swooped in it to travel to the North's location.

~A few minutes later~

Hiccup POV

We arrived in North's workshop. There were elves and yetis rushing into each other. Some of them got bumped in their heads. It's like chaos in here. We tried to ask them what's going on but they ignored us.

"SILENCE!" A rough voice echoed through this place which made them stopped moving like a statue. We turned our heads to see who it was. It's North. He walked towards us with a worried look plastered on his face.

"North, is something wrong?" Jack asked.

"Guys, we need your help..." He spoke.

We walked to a room where there's a huge globe showing every location in the world.

"That light. Why it's blinking?" Merida pointed to the globe where there's only one light blinking.

"That is why I called all of you here... Something going on with that place and I want you guys to find out what happens there, sounds good?" North made a plan.

"Leave it to us." I said in determination.

"I'm counting on you guys. Oh, I heard there's a queen who ruled that land." North said.

"Who is it?" Rapunzel asked him for answer.

"Queen Elsa of Arendelle." He pronounced.

Elsa. Hmm... what a nice name. I wonder how she looks like but I can't wait to see her when we get there. Meanwhile, we made our preparation before we traveled to our destination: Arendelle.
