Aera's POV

"Wow... Jimin this is amazing," I breathe out as my mouth gapes open at the breathtaking view laying before my eyes.

Jimin and I had been running nonstop throughout the city as he seemed so eager to take me somewhere. I was starting to get a little annoyed as I tried my best to keep up with him while fighting against the cold winter wind and the pain from my uncomfortable heels.

Although, once Jimin abruptly stops running, I open my mouth as I was ready to go off... until I saw his calmed smile.

I follow his gaze which was deeply focused on whatever in front of him. My eyes met a long beautiful river, and that's when I realized we were standing on a boardwalk overlooking the calm water with a huge bridge to the left of us, and a city lit up with bright lights across the water in front of us.

Even though the dark skies make the river look almost black, the city lights surrounding the river had a perfect reflection in the water making it look absolutely stunning.

Now unconsciously gazing at the heaven-like view, my annoyed temper from earlier completely vanished.

After watching the river move slowly and the lights shining brightly for a while more, Jimin turned to look at me for the first time.

He froze. Seeing me shivering with my lack of thick clothing and my body trying to stand against my sore feet. Jimin instantly felt guilty and a worried look plastered on his face.

"Oh my gosh! Aera are you okay?!" He says as he grabs both of my hands, forcing me to turn fully towards him. "I'm so sorry, I- we shouldn't have ran here, we should've taken a cab, I really am sorry." Jimin looked down, eyebrows furrowing.

I was startled by the sudden action and quickly reassured him. "Jimin I'm alright, I'm alright! I'm just fine." I say trying to calm him down.

"But your shivering and your fe-"

"I really am fine Jimin, this view makes up for everything." I quickly cut him off, putting a smile on my face.

"No, here at least have my jacket," Jimin says already sliding off his jacket and wrapping it around my shoulders.

I immediately embrace the warmth of his jacket as well as the strong smell of his cologne. "Thank you, Jimin," I smile while wrapping his jacket around me tighter.

We both return to appreciating the amazing view in front of us.

"This is Han River and that's Jamsu bridge." Jimin breaks the silence while not breaking his gaze from the river. "I always come here with my friends to just relax and enjoy the view."

"I see why," I say keeping my gaze at the river as well. "it's beautiful."

"Well, the river's not the only beautiful thing I'm looking at." Jimin smirks, now shifting his gaze to me.

"Oh, shut up." I say while quickly covering my cheeks to cover its pinkness. Good thing it was dark, so Jimin wasn't able to see me blushing, but I knew he could tell I was.

Jimin smiles widely as he sees me trying to cover my face. "Aww, am I making Yoon Aera blush?"

I pout turning away with my back now facing towards him. But as I turn, a loud noise comes from my stomach making it audible for everyone around us to hear.

"Oh? Is someone hungry?" Jimin asks letting out a small giggle.

I curse to myself realizing that I haven't eaten since lunch, which was hours ago.

I slowly turn around clutching my grumbling stomach as I hear another loud noise... but it didn't come from me.

I slowly look up to see a shocked Jimin who was also clutching his stomach.

Our eyes both widen, and we stare at each other for a while before bursting into complete laughter.

"I guess I'm not the only one who's hungry," I say while trying to calm down.

"Well, what are we waiting for, lets hurry to our next stop," Jimin says eagerly as he takes hold of my hand again and starts walking away from the river. "It's the best place to grab a bite!"

Jimin and I finished eating dinner at Danbam. Learning from our mistakes, we had taken a cab from the river to get to Itaewon, and from there Jimin led me to a nice casual restaurant.

We were now walking along a beautifully lit up street in Itaewon. Bars, clubs, and restaurants surrounded us lighting up the night with the busy crowd of people.

Jimin abruptly stops and I look up at him questioningly. Jimin points up to the building brightly lit up with neon lights. "This is my karaoke bar! The one I own with my six other friends!"

Jimin had told me back in the café, that he owns a karaoke bar along with his six other friends and works there full time.

I look at the building amazed at how huge it was. There's a large crowd of people surrounding the entrance of the bar and with its glass windows, I could see the number of people inside. They seemed to be a very popular and well-known place.

My eyes scan to the top of the building where I read the words out loud. "Bangtan's" My eyes trail down to read the words following below it. "Get your jams here... huh?" I turn my head to look up at Jimin as I lowkey cringed.

Jimin rolls his eyes and lets out a deep sigh. "Ugh, I told them to put that down." He shakes his head while smiling at you. "It's an inside joke. Apparently, I got no jams," Jimin shrugged as he whispered the last part to you.

I smirk before teasing him. "I mean... they're not wrong..." I say calmly before laughing loudly.

"Yah!"

It was getting pretty late so Jimin called a cab to take me home as he needed to still go back to Bangtan's.

As we both waited for my cab to arrive Jimin and I chatted and exchanged phone numbers. I told him that I just came back from studying abroad and why I decided to move to Seoul. We chatted for a couple minutes more before my cab pulled up in front of us.

"Oh! I almost forgot to give you back your jacket." I say releasing my hand from the car door and reaching for his jacket instead.

He waves both of his hands in front of him. "No, no, it's fine, keep it. You can give it to me next time... on our second date." Jimin adds in a wink.

I pause and look at him with a raised eyebrow. "Wait, I thought this wasn't a date."

He leans over to open the car door behind me while whispering into my ear. "It's whatever you want to call it sweetheart, but just know, we're going on a second one."

His voice sent shivers down my spine with his body leaning so closely to mine. I step back causing me to stumble into the car.

Jimin chuckles at my shocked expression and leans over more to gently peck the side of my cheek.

"Goodnight Aera." Jimin smiles sweetly as he closes the car door leaving me speechless.
