I cannot believe it! My first date with Alice Kay,the hottest girl at Black Lake High and my hair won't go right!!!! I sigh and storm into the bathroom,stripping down,i shower and rub lemon scented shampoo on my floppy auburn hair,angrily. It was getting long now,getting in my eyes when i looked down,Mom always said i had lovely green eyes.
I sigh,switch off the shower and get dried.When i'm back in my room i pull on my dark wash jeans and a shirt.In the mirror i examine my abs and grin. Mom is watching over me tonight,i just know it....
'What are you doing?' Amy cries.
'FFS!!!! Would it kill you to knock?!' i yell,startled by my 9 year old sister.
'Don't have a cow,your door was wide open! Anyway,where are you going?'
'Date' i grunt,and slam the door. I feel bad but put on a Bullet for my valentine CD and sing along to the melody.
When i walk into the nightclub,the atmosphere is thick with bright lights and music. I walk down the twisting metal staircase into a crowd full of people.They're dancing,flirting,talking and groping. I love this club. I take out my phone and text Alice Where are ya babe? x.
'I'm not coming' a voice breathes behind me. A shiver goes down my spine and i whirl round. No-one is there. I must be going loopy! There is a sign by the bar for 2-4-1 deal on all alcohol so i stride over. I notice the waitress is real cute. The world seems to slow down around her as she shakes up cocktails. Her pewter hair sparkles and she grins flirtily at me,curves bouncing.
Whoah.
'Hey' i say to her,sounding alot more confident than i feel.
'Hey sugar' she leans over and whispers in my ear. Her pale hand traces a line down my neck and i suppress the urge to moan. My mind blanks and i struggle to remember what i was going to buy.
'Erm Whiskey?' i mumble.
'Sure! I'll have one too!' She giggles. While she is making the drinks i run my eyes over her. She is wearing a low cut red t-shirt and a black pencil skirt and high heels. Her eyes are a sparkling grey and she is wearing a violet lipstick. I think i'm drooling.
She jogs up the stairs and grabs my hand and i follow her out into the fresh air. She hands me my drink.We start walking. Subconciously I'm heading in the direction of Shale Beach. Not my house,I won't get that lucky tonight! She sits herself down on the pebbles and i notice the tide is coming in.
'I wanna know your name,i should know who i'm kissing',she purrs.
'But we're not--' i fail to finish my sentence because her warm mouth touches mine. I open my lips and the kiss darkens. I attempt to put my hand on her but she giggles and breaks the kiss. i gasp.
'James...erm Dawson' i mumble,dumbfounded at her devastating beauty.
'Victoria' she grins,flashing perfect white teeth and....fangs? WHAT?! I'm hallucinating i tell myself. She puts ehr hand on my chest and pushes me down.
'Wait what about Alice' I cry.
'Ooh don't worry about her,she's in a better place...'
Horrified but fatally seduced i lean back on top of her. My heart races and she kisses down my neck. I bite my lip so hard it draws blood. She sucks it. I choke on my scream as her eyes gleam crimson. Quick as lightning,she straddles me and bites into my neck,giggling.
