" hello youtube! i am back with another video and today i have my boyfriend zach here with me say hi baby " you did your intro and pulled zach in frame.
" hi peoples of earth " he said and stands next to you with one arm around your waist.
" so. today is our one year anniversary and we decided to stay home and do something here. i thought why not bake ourselves a little cake. hopefully he doesn't mess up my kitchen. " you said to the camera.
" you and i both know that's going to happen " zach says going to grab a bowl.
you nod your head and pause the camera to get the ingredients.
" okay we have all the ingredients. here's a photo of the cake we're gonna attempt to make " you show your phone with the picture to the camera.
" and she's gonna be better than me because i didn't go to culinary school " zach says jumping onto the counter.
" that's true but he's gonna try his best right bub " you say patting his head and he send you playful glare.
" alright let's get started!" you clap your hands.
zach hands you the flour as you measure it out and you do the same with all the other dry ingredients.
" if you promise not to make a mess with it, you can put the flour and sugar in the bowl." you hold out your pinky and he grabs it, " i promise " you hand him the cup of flour and he lifts it high in the air and dumps it into the bowl, which made a huge cloud of flour form.
he coughs and tries to swat it away.
" oh god zachary " you laugh at him shaking your head.
" let this be a lesson to never let me in your kitchen again " he points at you and smiles with a face covered in flour.
you laugh at him and tell him to go wash his face.
" okay i'm gonna finish up the cake and he's gonna do as little as possible. " you say with a thumbs up.
" i'll talk to you guys when we start decorating. "
you start a time lapse, which runs until the cake is out of the oven.
" okay. hello. we are back and the cake is cooled down so now we decorate " you say and grab the frosting from the fridge.
zach has begged you to let him do the frosting and you gave in.
he took the bag and spun the cake stand to get all the sides covered.
you handed him the knife so he can even it out.
" how did i do? " he asks stepping back from the cake to look at it.
you were actually very surprised he did a very good job, " i'm impressed. that looks so good " you high five him.
" i'm just doing the last touches and then we're done " you say and take the other bag of frosting.
the cake was finally done and you took the camera and showed the cake up close.
" that was so fun. we should actually do that again. thats it for today's video. i hope you enjoyed and i'll see you all soon. love you bye " you both wave and you stop recording.
" wow baby i'm very proud of us " you grin and turn to him.
" me too. happy anniversary beautiful " he pulls you close to him.
" happy anniversary zachy " you share a kiss and then dig into the cake.
