authors note: i know this story is cringe i'm new to this lol hopefully i get better

i wake up, the first thing i remembered was what happened the day before. i wonder what that guy did to my house? chase was still asleep. i decided to text my group chat again to see if they wanted to do something, i really needed to get my mind of this whole situation.

thank goodness they said yes, hopefully that can distract me. it was 10:00 so i had some time to get ready. chase slowly started waking up next to me "morning chase!"
"morning y/n" he said
"i'm gonna get up to get ready" i said
"for what?"
"i'm going to the mall with my friends, do you wanna come?"
"do you want me to come?" he said
"duh" i said and we both laughed
"then sure of course i'll come"
i got up and went to my bag. i didn't have that many clothes because i was stressed while packing. "hey chase is there any chance i could borrow a hoodie of yours?" i asked
"yeah sure" he said as he got up and threw me a light blue oversized hoodie
"thanks"
i grabbed a pair of shorts to put under it and my hair straightener then went to the bathroom to change and straighten my hair. it was about 11:00 already because i take forever to straighten my hair. i came back into the room and saw chase playing with oreo "awww" i said
"took you long enough to get ready" he said jokingly and i laughed "i'm kidding you look pretty" he said and i smiled
"thanks chase"
"you wanna leave now and we can walk around a bit before they get there?" he asked
"yeah, but what should we do with oreo, i don't think they allow dogs in the mall"
"my mom can watch her" he said
skip forward to where your in the car almost to the mall

we arrived at the mall and got out of the car. the mall was really busy so we had to park at the end of the parking lot. i walked next to chase. "hey could i get your snap cutie" a random guy said walking up to me in the parking lot , he seemed really sketch so i knew it would be a bad idea to give it to him.
"uh no thank you" i said trying to be nice
"aw cmon, i'll spoil you, why not?" this dude can't take a flippin hint. what was i supposed to even tell him. "she has a boyfriend" chase said
"oh, i see sorry man" the guy said, why'd he listen to chase but not me when i said no? wtf. we quickly walked off. chase saw i was confused "i just said that so he would get away" chase said
"i know" i told him
"unless... i'm kidding"
i laughed "what are we though? bestfriends who sleep together?" i asked
"idk what do you want to be?"
"your girlfriend" i said joking
"i meannn.. you said it not me, but only if i could be your boyfriend" he said joking
"well duh" i said
