For the plotline of the story this is set sometime where the earth isn't going to be wiped out and destroyed BUT hydra will be in it.
Also Olivia and Steve started dating after Steve came out of the ice so Olivia isn't like 95 years old.
In the story Olivia is 25 and Steve is 28
They started dating when Olivia was 20 and Steve was 23.
