Chapter 1: letters

Hiccups POV

"SON!" The sound of an excited voice ran through the house. I slowly opened my eyes and stared at the roof. "SON, GET DOWN HERE" the voice sounded again. I pushed myself up and off my bed before starting downstairs "what is is dad!" I yelled back with a frustrated voice "a letter came in the mail for you today hiccup.. A Hogwarts acceptance letter" my dad said with a smile on his face.
My family wasn't very big, it was just me, dad and our relatives the potters. We are muggles, but we still knew about the magic in the world.. Thanks to my mother who was now dead. I missed her a lot
I grabbed the letter out of his hand and looked up at his face. he looked proud. I opened the letter just before it shot out of my hands and began to speak to us.

Jacks POV

"Jack overland frost" the letter began "you have been accepted into the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" the entire time the letter spoke my father kept the same look on his face, disappointment. After the letter finished it tore itself up leaving a list of things I would need for the school year "took them long enough" my father said before walking away.
My family are what you call pure-bloods, we come from a line of pure wizards. My father was very strict and hated anyone who wasn't a pure bred wizard. He drove me nuts
"Well.. There is only one place we can get all this" he began

Meridas POV

"Diy-gonn alley" Molly said after ready the list of things I need "it's so nice that your finally coming with us" Ron said in a sarcastic voice, I turned to him and punched him softly in the shoulder, Ron was in his second year at school, he had told me about his friends, Harry and Hermione
"Ye should be glad that I'm here, maybe now ya won't get beat up as much" I spat then smiled at him Molly whipped her head around "Merida DunBroch Weasly!" She shouted in her stern voice which made Ron snicker so I just kicked his leg and poked my tongue out at him
As you could tell.. I am Merida Weasly, the youngest child out of our bunch, we are half-bloods and this is my first year at Hogwarts.
"Okay everyone, get ready and let's head to the chimney!" My older brother Percy yelled through the house. Fred and George jumped down the stairs earning themselves a scald from mum. we all stood with some flew powder in our hands and one by one we traveled to the alley.

Rapunzels POV

I walked out of the chimney and started making my way down to streets, my sister following me "come on penny!! I want to get my wand!!" I yelled as I made my way down the street
Penny was the only family I had left, we came from a family of muggles but 3 years ago penny got accepted to the school and now it was my turn
"Punzie griffon, would you please slow down" I stopped after hearing penny's call and turned to wait for her "first we need to get your books" she explained before she took my hand and we traveled down the street to get my school books
As we entered the store I looked at my list and ran off to find the things I need before I bumped into someone knocking them over "oh I am so sorry!!" I said, helping them up "no it's okay! It's my fault" the girl smiled and picked up some of the books I dropped on the floor and handed them to me, flicking her blonde braided hair out of her face "so your in first year too huh?, MEE to!! I'm sure we are going to be the best of friends, I'm-

Astrids POV

"I'm astrid by the way.. Astrid hofferson malfoy" I said to the girl with the long blonde hair "oh.. I'm rapunzel, rapunzel light griffon" she said enthusiastically whilst putting out her hand. I shook her hand while smiling, she really was a nice girl "Astrid!" The stern sound of my name sounded from the entrance to the store, I turned to see my father with my brother Draco behind him, he had a disgusted look on his face "astrid.. Stop mingling with the lowlifes and get over here" he said once again but less sternly, I turn to punzie and give her a quick hug "I'm so sorry, don't listen to him, talk to you later?" I asked "okay!" Punzie said returning the hug. I waved bye than ran off the join my family "filthy mud bloods" I heard Draco mutter right before I punched him in the shoulder

Elsas POV

i watched as Anna ran past groups of people to get to the pet store, they sold all sorts of animals there. I ran after her and grabbed her arm "Anna! Remember we are here for me!! Not you!" I said, letting her enter the store "I know! It's just so exciting" she yelled, causing heads to turn to us. I Quickly put my head down and followed her through the store
Me and my sister come from a family of half-bloods, we got by well even with the constant pressure of the pure-blooded frost family
I walked through the stood looking at all the animals, someone bumped into me causing me to stumble forward and run into a cage with a white rodent in it, I smiled to myself as I saw the ferret in the cage "oh you are perfect" I said to the creature "excuse me miss.. But I think you dropped this" I turned to see a boy, 13 years like me no doubt, he had platinum blonde hair like me also and he was holding my list of items, I shyly took it from him "Thankyou" I said, giving a small smile "are you in first year?" He asked, persisted to make conversation "yeah.. You?" I responded "yeah, I'm Jack Frost by the way" he said, I Froze as he said the word frost.. "Oh, uh I'm elsa arendalle" I muttered and saw as he froze too "oh.., I've heard such bad stuff about you guys, but you are just beautiful" he smirked, I blushed and turned back to the ferret cage "I have to go" I said before grabbing the cage and walking out, catching sight of Anna "Anna! I have everything let's go home!" I said and grabbed her arm pulling her to the exit off diy-gonn alley
