Effie Garcia is a young 16-year-old girl, she grew up in California. She has struggled in life more than you would know. Her parents got a divorce when she was at a very young age. Her father is not in her life very much and she is mostly with me her mother. She is an A and B student at her high school. She knows a lot of people and people know her but she keeps her friend group to a max of 5 people. She has 3 best friends that she has know since she was in 6th grade. Her family doesn't really pay any attention to her so all she does is read, listen to music, and do school work.
