Wonwoo was on a date with his boyfriends, the cafe near the bay. It was more of a study group than a date but he didn't care.
"Won"
One of his boyfriends, called and Wonwoo hummed in reply. Without looking at the boy.
"How do you answer this?"
He asked, Wonwoo looked up from his notebook and sighed. He leaned forward to see which part of the other needed help with.
x + 12x = 36
Wonwoo looked at the equation and chuckled.
"Jun, this is basic algebra. How come you don't know this?"
Minghao laughed out loud and Jun sulked.
"It's difficult, okay?"
Jun defended himself and Wonwoo grinned.
"Sure sure, whatever you say."
"Hi, I'm Eunha and I was wondering if I could ask for your number?"
The three boys turned to Mingyu, and saw a girl around their age. Mingyu awkwardly chuckled and shook his head.
"I'm taken, sorry"
Mingyu laughed and the girl pouted and nodded.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Please excuse me"
She said, and walked away back to her friends table. Wonwoo's eyebrow twitched as he stared at the girl.
The audacity
Wonwoo thought before silently huffing and looking away.
"I swear, if you actually gave her your number. I'm throwing hands"
Minghao, sassily said and Mingyu laughed and ruffled the younger boy's hair.
"Don't worry, I already have 3 amazing boyfriends"
Mingyu winked and Jun gagged.
"Ewh, imagine acting top"
Jun said and Mingyu overly dramatic gasped. Minghao laughed at the two bickering, he then looked at Wonwoo, who was intently looking at the girl, who approached Mingyu.
His gaze was different and unrecognisable, it was something Minghao couldn't explain. It was way different than his normal gaze.
"Hey Won, you okay?"
Minghao asked Wonwoo. The older snapped out of his thoughts and looked at Minghao and gave him a reassuring smile.
"I'm fine, just thinking of something"
Wonwoo said, with a smile and There was something inside Minghao that is telling him that Wonwoo was lying but he just shrugged that off and smiled back at Wonwoo.
"Good to hear"

It was around midnight and Eunha was walking home after hanging out with her friends. Even it's quite unsafe for a girl to walk home by themselves but She was an independent girl. It's not like it's her first time walking home by herself.
She was humming a children's song while walking to her house.
"Down by the bay, Where the watermelons grow"
Eunha quietly sang. She then passed a dark alleyway which made her shiver, she shrugged it off before walking away into a fast pace.
She swore she could hear quiet footsteps slowly following her from behind. Eunha was panicking but was walking faster and the person was also slowly catching up to her.
"Down by the bay, where the watermelons rot"
The person sang and Eunha was sure it was guy by the person's deep and raspy voice.
"If you go home~"
He continued singing. She could her him, reloading his gun. Eunha was then having a hard time breathing, next thing she knew. She was running away, while having a hard time breathing.
"Just. Don't. Get. Caught"
She heard 4 gunshots and felt her body, hurting from the pain and collapsing. She tried to scream but she couldn't, it was like she was being buried by sand.
"But if you do"
That's what she last heard before losing life.
Wonwoo laughed and kicked her body.
"Your mother will say, never trust a man under the sand, down by the bay~"
Wonwoo walked away, feeling satisfied.
