Standing in my dad's office watching the news unwrapping the business world of KIM Brothers! As soon as my dad turns off the TV, he turns to our senior manager, "what is the status of our meeting with the Kim brothers?"
"We are waiting for their call, but I am worried we might get rejected this time, too, Mr. Park," Mr. Kang replies.
"Just try to fix a meeting between the two companies and leave the rest up to me, Mr. Kang," I say to him.
Our business collaboration proposal got rejected once already because of some stupid employee who went there with just half of the proposal and acted as if he owned Park Industries. Kim brothers are known for their ruthless business tactics; however, they are the most talented and successful businessmen in the industry right now. Within a span of five years, they have already turned their company into a multi-million dollar (multi-billion won) company. Everyone in South Korea and even Asia want to tie up with them. And so do we.
"We can not delay any further if this meeting is not fixed within the next two weeks, then we will be in deep trouble." my dad tells us.
"I will personally go to their company today and try to get the dates fixed, Mr. Park," Mr. Kang says.
"Thank you, Mr. Kang," I dismiss him and sit on the couch in front of my dad's desk.
"Y/N, if this merging doesn't happen this time too then, I am scared our stocks might start falling," worry written all over his face.
"Don't worry, dad. I have looked over the business proposal and made some changes, and I am sure we will get through the merging. All I am waiting for is this one meeting." I tell him.
"Hmmm," he hums as I walk out of his office.
Settling down in my office, I check my cell phone to see if I missed any calls. And yes, there is one from my friend Rosé, I call her back, and she instantly picks up. "Hey, Ms. CEO, how are you doing?" I laugh at her nickname for me.
