Nate's POV
I make my way to Gilinsky's house once again with Sammy and Johnson because I really don't have anything to do anymore. It kinda sucks because I have to go back to uni in a few weeks. At least I will be joined this year with the Jacks since they just graduated.
I walk in not bothering to knock seeing luggages everywhere and a bunch of girls sitting around sipping lemonade and eating pizza.
"Well hello ladies" I say with a smirk. Almost all of them don't acknowledge me except a nerdy blonde with glasses. Oh wait I remember her, she's Gilinsky's step sisters best friend.
"Hey Nate!" She says giving me a hug
"Hey haven't seen you all summer!"
"Well me and Rose have been traveling Europe, you know we jumped off a plane?!" She says excitedly.
"Bad ass" I say when I hear a voice behind me.
"Hey fuck boy number one, fuck boy number two, and Sammy" I turn around seeing a brunette with pretty curls wearing an oversized sweater.
Woah. Didn't she have glasses? And was like 20 pounds heavier? I mean I always thought she was pretty but.. Wow. She looks hot.
"Well hello Rose, long time no see" I say giving a smirk while I give her a hug. She gives hugs to the rest and goes back to her friends.
"Well she looks nice" Sammy says giving me a nudge.
"Yeah she does" I nod.
"She's still out of your league though"
"What do you mean?"
"Bro, you're literally drooling!"
"Shut up. No I'm not" I say rolling my eyes as we go outside to the driveway to play ball.

After two hours, I go back in to an empty house. Stripping off my jersey, I go into the kitchen for more lemonade and I see Rose come in. She stops and stares at my tattoos trying to stifle her gasp. I put on my signature smirk and flex to pick up the pitcher. I can see her trying not to stare. "Like what you see?" She rolls her eyes and walks away swaying her hips. Liking what I saw, I made my way to follow her but cockblock Gilinsky came back and made me go outside again.
