Chapter 1 Part 2

I guess Levi must've noticed my increase in happiness because during lunch time, he went up to me and said "What's his name?" Was he a mind reader or something? "What?!" I asked him "The dude you met, what's his name?" Jesus Christ, he was a mind reader "I don't know what you mean, bro." he looked at me with that I-know-you're-lying-face.

"Alright, alright. I might have met somebody." I couldn't help the smile that was forming on my face, I admit, I am a hopeless romantic "What's his name?" Levi asked for the third time "Caspian, Caspian Carter." I said, that smile still on my face "The quarterback?" Levi asked. The hottie was a quarterback in the football team!!! "How'd you meet him?" Levi asked me "He was in my English Literature class." Before we could keep talking about Caspian, the lunch bell rang. I will forever hate that stupid bell.

The rest of the day went slowly. My head was stuck in the clouds for the whole day. Only thoughts of Caspian were in my head, oh, and that stupid tumor the size of a pingpong ball, but right now, that didn't matter. I was walking in sunshine. That is until I reached History with Ms. Salt who is possibly the slowest reader in the history of the world.

I let out the 50th groan as Ms. Salt continued to read a chapter from our history book "World..War...2...lasted...for...6...years...from...1939...to...1945..." snores resonated like a symphony from the back of the class as she continued to read the 4th paragraph about World War 2. After what seemed like years, the bell rang. Hallelujah!!! This time I was actually glad that the bell rang. The sooner I got out of there, the sooner I could get home... And maybe stalk Caspian a bit.
