Confessions ( Raiden x F!Reader)

Every day you were left tired from sparring and training to become Raiden's next champion. Every day, your feelings towards the God grew and grew. No matter what you do or try to say to yourself, never work. Your heart is always beating against your rib cage every time you're near him, you just want to rip out your heart to give it to him.

You sighed softly, laying on your bed, looking at the ceiling with a tired gaze. Your brain starts to relive your day, all the conversations you had with either Lui Kang or Kung Lao, but, one conversation came up, the one you had with Raiden. It was about training and protecting Earthrealm. You slightly blush when you remember his bright blue eyes looking at you, his deep commanding voice, talking ever so softly about what you needed to do. You don't remember the conversation, only snippets of it. The only thing your brain property remembers is when Raiden smiled at you when you told him a cheesy joke.

You know the Thunder God will never like you back, he was also too busy with the Elder gods and or training either you or Liu Kang along with protecting Earthrealm. Sometimes he'll spar Kung Lao... if he was good enough.. or if he was irritating Raiden long enough... You enjoy sparring with the God, you'll get to prove your worth and also get To be pinned down by him, sometimes by accident and other times by purpose. You loved to feel his stronger and muscular body on top of yours after the spar or getting to the end of it.

It works you up so much, you'll always have to relieve yourself after sparring, you always moan his name in your private bathroom when you touch yourself in the shower. You always imagine him, touching you as his hips thrust up into your heat.

You sighed out lustfully as you snapped out of your thoughts. You sat up and went to the edge of your bed and stood up. You stretch your tired muscles and walk out of your room. It was dead at night , most of the monks are possible asleep in a different Temple. You shared a temple with Kung lao , Lui kang and Raiden. You softly walked through the hallway quietly as you could, going past their rooms until you heard noises in Raidens room. His door was closed but the doors or walls were fairly thin. You mostly know this because Kung lao has some loud activities in his alone time. You pressed your ear to the door , he seems to be moving stuff around, for what you see when he opens his door is a desk and scatter scrolls and Earthrealm papers from the Special Forces he has to fill out every now and then.

You sighed and stepped back from the door , ' maybe I should go get him tea ' you thought to yourself and walked to the kitchen. You set up the kitchen for some late brewing , as you were setting it up , you didn't hear the footsteps behind you.

A familiar voice brought you out of thought, scaring the living hell out of you , twisted around and saw him , the God looked down at you , he's still in his usual get up , hat and all. Your breathing went calm after you realized it was him.

" Y/n " he began , " what brings you here at this time of the night?". You blinked softly at the question and looked at him " I was brewing some tea , would you like some, Lord Raiden?" You ask softly and turn away to look at the water starting to boil.

He nodded " I would like some y/n, thank you. When you are done you can meet me in my room. Where we can drink the tea together" he turns around and walks away. As he was leaving you felt your face grow hot as the invitation.

After a few minutes , you grab a tray and place the kettle and two empty cups on to it. You grabbed onto the tray and walked to Raiden room. You placed the tray on to your time hand and placed the other side to your hip , balancing it.

The door opens and Raiden motions you to come in. You grab the tray with two hands again and you look around. His room was pretty basic , a bed, a desk and some sort of scrolls that laid upon it as mentioned earlier. You went over to the desk and laid the tray upon a clean spot. You grab the kettle and pour the steaming tea in the two cups. You grab one and turn around to see Raiden directly behind you. Your Shoulders shoot up immediately and make a soft 'Ah' sound.
