Dreams & Prophecies

"You're a fighter.

Look at everything you've overcome.

Don't give up now"

In his dream, Percy was standing in front of a gorgeous, beautiful, breathtaking castle. The dream shifted with the crowd of people, all of them dressed with robes and unique hats, they were all dressing like wizards and Percy wondered if they were having an early Halloween celebration or if the dream was showing him the past.

Soon enough his dream settled in an enormous hall with six tables, five of those tables full with people no older than 18, but, for some reason, that Percy could not possibly know, one was much less crowded than the other five. And, at the front of the hall, one last table, clearly smaller than the others, with adult looking people that seemed to be supervising the wave of teenagers in front of them, or that was what Percy thought they were doing. Percy noticed the roof was enchanted or had some kind of magic used on it, it showed the sky and Percy was dazed by its beauty, the stars, that he had learned to appreciate, the moon on its, almost, full splendor and the rain that he saw, but that didn't entered the hall. All over the room were levitating candles and ghosts, almost like the ones he had seen at camp jupiter. But, what captured Percy's attention was none of those magical things, insted, the simple brown hat that was placed on a wooden bench at the front of the hall, it looked so normal around so many unordinary things, that Percy knew it had to have a catch.

"Ah... another year of sorting, the war has ended" A voice spoke, the voice though sounded muffle, as if the speaker was speaking through a pillow "but, I sense this year will be..." it took Percy two tries to understand who, or better say, what was speaking. With amazement Percy realized that the one talking was none other than the hat, that seconds ago he had found so normal, which made him, for a second, question his sanity.  Throughout his life Percy had seen some crazy stuff. When living in the mythological world one tends to see things out of the ordinary almost all the time, but, still, a talking hat made him take a double check at his lucidity

The hat went silent, making almost everyone present at the hall look panicked, with the exception of the ones who looked to be the youngest ones, around eleven, who just kept looking as terrified as they did when they entered the hall in the first place. Percy could only guess why they were panicking over the hat going silent, as it was for him normal for hats to be quite. The silence was broke by the hat itself minutes after, and what it said made Percy add talking hats to his list of talking things that he hated;

"The past must come back, brought by the son of the one that controls the ocean"

"Hospitality or hostility will determine your rise or end"

"The Love one will find the green dark"

"One without the other would not succeed to destroy what was once already destroyed"

"His only weakness relies on the change"

Everything went silent, again and Percy didn't dare to even breath as hundreds of questions flashed through his mind; 'was that another prophecy? What was it talking about? Is this prophecy connected to ours? What is this place? Why does the voice of the hat sound familiar? Am I part of this prophecy? What is this place?' Unlucky, he didn't have time to get any type of answers or time to react before his dream shifted to the same train station he had been in the night before, forcing his mind to change its attention to the new atmosphere.
