Tokyo, Japan...

The Avengers. A team made of earth's mightiest heroes. Ironman, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye. There were so many of them. They saved the world time and time again. Ultron, Loki, Thanos, and so many others. Magical threats, galactic baddies, and science fiction evil.

But times change. Heroes grow old. They die. Sometimes they're brought back to life. They have lives outside of the action and they start families.

Most retired, some didn't have the chance to.

But there's more evil in the world than the big bad guys.

Take this simple street thug, for example. His name is Akihiro Mitsubishi. Age 32. He graduated as one of the lower ranked students. He was rejected from Tokyo University and thrown out of his home by his parents. He started taking jobs for a man named Nabu. They were simple, easy jobs at first.

That had escalated out of his control. He was now working as an enforcer. Helping Nabu with his drug rings. Once homeless and alone, Akihiro now lived in a penthouse with a different woman every night.

His arm was now broken and his rib was cracked.

Akihiro: GAHHHH!

He was sent flying into a wooden crate which broke upon impact. His "soldiers" laid defeated all around him and the dock laid silent. No one would ever know about this either.

Akihiro: <W-Who are you?!>

*Translated from Japanese

He tried to crawl away from the man stalking towards him. In one hand, a crowbar. In the other, a pistol. The man tossed the crowbar aside and dropped the magazine from the gun. He then emptied the barrel and tossed the gun behind him.

Stranger: <Nobu. Where is he?>

Akihiro: <I don't know! I-I don't know!>

The man stepped on Akihiro's left, snapping it in two. The enforcer let out a cry of pain before the man placed his foot on his chest.

Stranger: <Give me the answer I need or I will make sure your chest collapses. Nobu. Where is he?>

Akihiro struggled with tears in his eyes as the man began to push down on his chest.

Akihiro: AHHH! <Akihabara! He's at Akihabara!>

The man let up on the pressure and took a step back. Akihiro gasped for air as he used his good arm to grab his chest.

Stranger: <Now that wasn't so hard.>

Akihiro: <Please, just let me go.>

Stranger: <Is that what those girls said too? Is this how they begged before you threw them into the sea?>

Akihiro held up a hand as the man took a step towards him.

Stranger: <You're not going to rot in prison. And I can't wait to see the looks on the families' faces when they find your body.>

The man then moved his foot to the gangster's neck. He began to apply pressure to it as the man struggled beneath his foot. The struggle continued for a moment before the stranger twisted his foot, a quiet snap reaching his ear.

The man let out a breath and pulled out his phone. He knew where to go in Akihabara. He just needed to know which safe house Nabu was in. Akihabara only had one.

He stepped off the deceased man and typed in the information. He tapped the screen and the stranger found a red arrow leading the way out of the docks.
