Slash groaned as he walked to you as you stood on the side stage. It was clearly that he was in pain as it was written all over his features. But you could also tell by the way he was limping. His guitar tech walked over and took the Les Paul from his hands, before Slash turned to you.

"I shouldn't have done that." He tried to joke, but winced when another shot of pain ran over his body. Slash cursed and you got closer so you could help him support. Yiu were glad when a blonde head walked over an took the other side of Slash.

"Thanks Duff," you muttered, giving the tall man a smile. He shrugged it off. "No problem, babe."

Slash glared at him through the pain as he heard the nickname. "Don't call her that, idiot."

"You know I can just drop you right. So don't play the tough guy." Slash rolled his eyes as he was carried by you and Duff to the band's dressing room. You hadn't noticed that Izzy, Steven and Axl were following the three of you.

When you arrived in the dressing room, Steven gave you Slash's jacket which was lying on one of the AMPs as Slash had taken it off during the show.

"Thank you Popcorn." You put it in Slash's trunk as you searched for some painkillers you know he always had with him. When you finally found them, you took a bottle of water and walked over to your boyfriend.

By the pain he was enduring, sweat was covering his face as he layed in one of the couches. You gave him pills and the water which he took without any protest. You wiped some hairs away that were sticking on his forehead.

"You're gonna have to go to a doctor, man." Axl said as he took the bottle of water from Slash.

"Figured that one out. I think I broke my ankle or something." He looked at you and gave you a soft smile as he saw the sadness in your eyes. He reached out to caress your cheek. "I'll be fine."

"I know. Nething ever beats you down." Yiu whisper, chuckling softly. You bent down to press your lips to his, ignoring the stares of the band as you shared a little moment.

"Fuck, you two are cute. It almost makes me wanna have a girlfriend." Duff suddenly said. You laughed and looked over your shoulder.

"Thanks for the compliment."

"Yeah, asshole," Slash added. Everyone laughed as Duff's face turned irritated.

"I really wished you fell in your face and you wouldn't be able to talk anymore."

"Hey, back off." You warned him. Proudness filled Slash as you protected him.

"He shouldn't have fallen at all. And that you wish for something bad to happen to him is, is something you should be ashamed off. He's your brother."

Everyone fell silent at your angry tone. You did speak the truth, they all knew it but they didn't expect you to become so angry at a simple joke. The truth was that you couldn't take it Slash being hurt. When you saw him fall like that, you heart stopped.

"I'm sorry Y/N. I didn't mean it like that." Duff apologized. You sighed and ran a hand through your hair. "I know, I didn't mean to get that angry."

You were frustrated with the fact you didn't have your emotions under control and Slash saw it. He knew you, and he knew you needed a break.

"Hey guys, you could you give us a moment?" With short replies and nodding of heads, the four others left the room. Slash pulled you closer to him until you were sitting on the ground bext to him while hugging his torso.

"Baby, you need to stop worrying about me like that. I'm really glad you do cause it shows me you care but you have to understand that this won't be a one time thing. I know myself and I know how wild I can get on stage. I turn into a fucking kangooroo when I'm out there."

You chuckled lowly before looking up at him. "I know and I don't want to change you, babe. But please, be a little bit safer. It hurts me to see you like that."

"For you, I'll do everything," he said, kissing your forehead.
