Chapter 3 - Secrets of the past

Chiaki awakens to find Mahiru and Sonia with worried faces, "Chiaki!" Sonia said worriedly, "Are you ok?!" Mahiru added also in a worredly tone, "Ma-Hiru? Son-ia?" Chiaki said as she was waking up. Then her face turns to a surprised face, "MAHIRU! SONIA!" Chiaki yelled in relief and happiness. Then her voice sounded like she was upset, "I-I'm s-so glad you t-two are alright..."Chiaki said with tears, hugging the two girls. Then Tsurugi entered the room with Teruya and Rei, the former Ultimate Professor, "Are you alright now? You're friends were scared that you were dead" The red/orange haired woman said to Chiaki, "Why are you even concern for her? You guys killed some people! We saw the bodies!" Mahiru said with a defensive tone, "they were working for a woman named Junko Enoshima. It was necessary to kill them" the chief said in a blank yet firm tone. All three of the girls were in shock, they've never thought the kidnappers would be working for someone who put them through a killing game, trying to make them ultimate despair again. "I-Is that even true?" Sonia said with worry, "it's true, our spies had informed us about it" Teruya said with a calm voice "and I'm one of them" a familiar female voice spoke up, "Aya! Can you stop?!" Rei said with annoyance, "Oh shut the hell up four eyes" Ayameko said and she leaned against the wall and put a lollipop in her mouth, insulting the Former Professor, "Guys calm down" Teruya said, trying to make the two women calm down
——A few minutes later——
Chiaki was given the good to go, but until it was officially safe, The three girls has to stay close to someone else when they're outside the foundation, and they were in the next town, so they were too far away to head home.
Chiaki was walking around inside the foundation till she came across a office with the door open, She made sure nobody was inside and walked in. Not realizing that Tsurugi was looking at her going in his office, Chiaki looked around till she saw something on the shelf, it was a book and when she opened it, it had pictures of a class, or what she had assumed, one of the students looked familiar to her, but then she heard someone walking to the door and she hid under the table and covered her mouth with her hand. Then the blue haired male grabbed her arm and pulled her out of under the table from behind, surprising the teen, "you had to go in here, did you?" He said while grabbing the book, he then got up, not realizing that a photo fell out of it, which Chiaki saw and grabbed it and put it in her pocket while he was putting the book in the shelf. "What did you see in there?" He turned to her and asked Chiaki, "Not much, i only saw some pictures of a class" she said in a calm voice, "I see.." he said in a sad tone, "Could it be....that class was your class?" Chiaki asked, which surprise Tsurugi, "W-Wait, what?!" He was about to say something else but thought it out a little more, "Y-Yeah it was my class, though some of them....are dead" He said, Which shocked Chiaki, "w-what....? What do you-? You're saying that they were in a killing game too?" The gamer said and the former cop, looked at her with shocked eyes, unsure of what to say to that question. "W-well...." He tried to say a full sentence but couldn't. While trying to find the words to say, the gamer walked up to the chief and put her hands on his cheeks. He was shocked but he took a deep breath and then he explained the class 79 killing game. Chiaki was surprised but understood what it felt like to be a traitor, she was an AI bulit to help Hajime and his friends to become they're old selves, when they were not Ultimate Despair, she removed her hands and then asks "Do you miss them? Your classmates?" He wasn't going to lie, he did miss his friends, but also hated the ones who committed murder, she could tell he did and didn't at the same time. She then gave him a hug to calm him down, like how he gave her one, he didn't move, he didn't want to, he just hugged her back and pets her head. "....You remind me of a friend who....disappeared after he left the virtual world" he said with a quiet voice, chiaki looked up at him with a confused expression, "A friend? Who?" She asked, he was quiet for a second before releasing her from the hug, "Madea Yuki, the Ultimate Lucky Student" He replied, That talent reminded Chiaki of..."I have a friend who has that talent" she said and pulled out the photo of her classmates, and then pointed at a white haired boy "His name is Nagito Komaeda, he is the Ultimate Lucky Student" she said, the chief took the photo, looked at it, then looking up at her then asks "Mind telling me about the others?" She was surprised but accepted, then told his about her classmates and they're talents
