Ravenclaw: Writer - They must create something entirely new and they have to write a good, interesting plot.
Hufflepuff: Actor - They must be willing to do the same thing over and over again and take criticism on their performance well.
Slytherin: Director - The grand vision on the final product keeps them motivated. They have to be good communicators and leaders.
