Daughter Of LaStange

1 - welcome to hogwarts

I hear mumbled talking beyond the enormous doors that lead to the great hall. I stand on one side where the empty hallways dawn upon me, as I stand there I hear silence fall over the other side as one voice broke the peace.

The voice on the other side booms clear enough for even me to hear.
The hollow voice proceeded to say "welcome all student to another year at Hogwarts. I wont bore you yet with all the information but as we have now sorted all the 1st year students into there houses, we have another student joining us." The man proceeded to talk. "She will be joining our lovely second year students."

The silence broke into cheers as the doors in front of me swing open. I take this as my que to walk to the front of the hall. As I make my way across the middle of the hall I feel the glears of many students.
As I'm about to reach the top the old mans voice booms again. "Everyone please welcome Lyka LaStrange who has joined us from Beauxbaton! Please sit down so you can be storted into your house."

By now I had managed to sit down and now started to see some of the unwelcoming glairs I was receiving as whispers rolled around the hall.
"Silence" the harsh voice insisted and the hall suddenly fell quiet.
The sorting hat was placed on my head, all the eyes staired at me as the hat thinks and mumbles untill it finally made up its mind "Slitherin" its voice could be heard in every corner of the room. I stand up with a big smile on my face as I head to the slitherins table. Cheers from the table rise and I was welcomed with joy.

I spot the white hair emidietly and urge my way towards the boy pushing him aside to make space for myself.
"Well hello LaStrange fancy seeing you where" the blond boy remarked sarcastically.
"Nice seeing you to."I answered in the same sarcastic tone as he did "anyways it's great to see you Draco, outside of malfoy manor. Beauxbaton is so boring, maybe having my cousin around will make it more interesting."
I turn to look at him and he replys back almost emidietly. "Well having you around will make things more interesting, your always up for causing trouble. Mums made me promise to make shore you managed here so you cant get rid of me straight away." We both bust out laughing, struggling to catch out breath.

After some more pointless talk and being introduced to some of the other house members draco goes of with two of his friends and I'm left talking to one of Dracos friends. Pancy it is, a very nice girl always handing ourpund somewhere. I hear whispers behind coming from the Griffindor table. I swiftly turn around stopping my conversation with Pancy to see a boy with brown messy hair, a little ginger boy and a girl with lushes curly hair, she suddenly leaves picking up books and stomped of. One she has made a distance between her and the she was talking to they both turn around to look at me with a blanck expression on their face.

"Umm hay I'm.. " the boy with messy hair starts to talk but I quickly interrupt him "Harry Potter ofcourse, everyone knows about you, and you must be ron, I've also been told about you."
Both ron and harry look at each other speechless. The boys tried to start up a conversation again but only harry managed to speak up "So I see you already started talking to Mafoy. I would stay away from him, he's nothing but trouble." Harry glairs at me through his glasses, but all i can do is laugh. Confusion fills his and Ron's pail faces.
I finally being myself back from historical laughter and managed to answer "oh gosh I'm sorry, I was warned about you, ofcourse I know what malfoy is like, I spent most of my life under the same roof as him." I burst out laughing again and a few of the slitherins I was talking to chimed in.  I stand up and walk away with the dark haired girl, that I was talking to earlier still trying to catch my breath.

We both headed through the twisted corridors of the school to find Malfoy, I brushed of what happened earlier and couldn't waite to tell him what happened, I nearly laughed thinking about it.
