Simple in nature but strange in placement, what loomed before us was a hot tub. Bubbles arose from the depths of its once shiny hull, it had been rusted over and swallowed by crocodile green ivy. Found in the field, of course it had much dirt inside but the one question we all had was, why is this silver sea still running? It was the question of the gods, sitting in a vast field surrounded by flowers all slowly decaying at our feet, why in hell or heaven would it still be running; bubbles saturating the top layer. However this question would soon be answered, as I dipped my hand into the tiny ocean of bubbles a sinister message was soon to reveal itself, as I swatted away these delicate bubbles everyone stared in, and for good reason too. When the bubbles were away and the vail taken what was revealed was a pool of metallic crimson blood, it was almost mesmerising, sparkling in the moonlight. All was about to be flipped when instead of my reflection dancing under the moon in front of me just looking under the surface stood the reflection of a living corpse, a leper if you will. It stood with a limp, mocking its illness with arms out falling slowly toward the surface. However it would all stop when he halted, smiling eerily and came a phrase is heard before, 'he thrusts his fists against the posts' he spluttered, 'and still insists' he stopped, we waited, he opened his gaping mouth filled with horrendous teeth yellowed with age. That's when it happened, he fell through the thin layer above the water, standing up again with a limp.
'He sees the ghosts'
As i looked around waiting for someone to do something, grab something, run from something, i saw the difference, what the leper came from, the brightly coloured flowers replaced with rotten daisy each swaying to the tune he had once sung, each getting louder and louder in their torturous voices 'he thrusts his fists against the posts, and still insists he sees the ghosts'. But then he did it, he started running. I've seen the ghosts.
