It's Marinette's 16th birthday party. The party's theme is a royal ball. It's taking place in the the grand ballroom of the Le Grand Paris. Marinette and Adrien have been unable to see each other the entire night. The only thing Marinette has wanted to do the whole length of the party was to have one dance with Adrien. Just like the one they had shared back in New York, which still felt like a fleeting dream in her mind. Once she had been clear with herself about her feelings she has been keeping her distance from Adrien. And with this distance, Adrien had realized his true feelings for her. He had been wanting to speak with her all night when finally he saw Marinette by herself. At that same moment, him and Marinette met each other's gaze and walk towards one another.
