Allen's POV
It has now been a month since Komui put me back into the infirmary. My broken rib has healed and Lenalee has been worried for the past month. I keep telling her that I'm going to be ok, but she still worries. She hasn't left my side since I've gotten in here. I'll be getting out today and Lenalee is happy about it, so am I. I've been able to see her more than usual, which makes me even happier. I'm still a little sore but I'll be fine.
"Hey Lenalee" I said
"What is it Allen? Are you still hurting?" Lenalee said
"I'm fine, it's just that... Did your brother approve of us being together?"
she had a shocked look on her face when I said that.
"Well if he doesn't approve I don't care what he thinks, all I know is that I want to be with you. And if he tries to hurt you again, fight back, I give you permission."
Once I get out of here today I'm going to try and spend more time with Lenalee, before this we only saw each other during our missions and meals. I hope Komui and I can still be friends.
5 years later
Today is Lenalee and i's anniversary. We have been together for 5 years now, the time that I have been with Lenalee have been the best years of my life. Before I had joined the Black Order I was with general Cross training to become an exorcist, and I have never been completely happy there. But once I saw Lenalee and got to know her, I felt wanted for the 2nd time in my life. The 1st time was when I was with Mana. I've been meaning to ask her a very important question, and I have to know her answer.
"Hey Allen! What are you doing day dreaming." Said Lenalee
I was standing in the middle of the hallway thinking how lucky I was to have her.
"Hey Lenalee, how are you today." I said
"I'm good, what about you."
"I'm happy, can you guess why?"
"Let me think...you didn't talk to Komui today."
"Yes, but that isn't why I'm happy."
"Hm.. It's or anniversary!"
"Yes! So what do you want to do today."
"Hm...I know! How about we go to the park and feed the ducks." She said excitedly.
"Good idea!"
After we got ready, we walked into town and went to a restaurant before we went to the park. We were talking about how nice it was to finally because the Millennium Earl and the Noah Family were gone. After we ate we started to walk to the park. Lenalee looked so beautiful, she was wearing a blue dress with some black flats, her hair hasn't grown back since her innocence saved her on the boat a couple years ago, but I think she looks even more beautiful. Her purple eyes sparkled in the sunlight, I feel like the luckiest person on earth to have her by my side.
"Hey Allen, I see the park up ahead!" Said Lenalee
"Well let's hurry then, so we can have more time!" I said
We ran down to the edge of the lake where the ducks were swimming happily. We had leftover bread from the restaurant so we could feed the ducks.
"Can you pass me a piece of bread please." Said Lenalee
"Sure." I said
I passed her a piece of bread. She looked at me and smiled, her smile was one of a kind, it could make the world stand still, no ones smile could compare.
"Thank you" she said
I was thinking when was the right time to ask her the question. The question I had been waiting to ask her, for a very long time.
