New Jobs & New Songs

Lukes POV
"Hello?" I said into the phone
"Luke you have to come back it's dark and we have a show tomorrow" Calum exclaimed
"Fine give me like 5 more minutes" I said and hung up
I played through my song one more time to make sure it was perfect before going back to our room.
"Dude where have you been?" Michael asked
"I was writing a song" I shrugged
"Really! I wanna hear! Is it good! Who's it about! Play it! Sing!!!!" He yelled
"Fine fine calm down" I said taking out my guitar and playing my newly written song.
Once I finished I looked up at my three Bestfriends, their faces completely shocked.
"That was so good!!!!" Calum yelled
"Thanks guys but I've had a long and I going to bed" I said and rushed to my room.
I spent the whole night think about Christine.
Christine's POV
"Ju I'm sleeping" I whined as she turned up Shut Up and Dance by Walk The Moon that was playing
"We are going to find jobs today and I have a surprise for you" she winked
"Do I have to go?" I whined
"Yes. Now get dressed in something nice and fashionable" she said and left my room.
I groaned as I rolled out of bed and made my way to the bathroom, taking a quick hot shower then making my way back to my room.
I walked over to my closet and had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life, what should I wear?
Juliana said to dress nice so I picked out black high waisted shorts and a loose gray long sleeve shirt and tucked it in and slipped on my black vans. I quickly did light makeup and brushed out my wavy hair and threw a black beanie so I don't have to deal with it. Lastly I put on a long necked with a key on it and made my way to the kitchen.
"Ready?" I ask looking at Juliana.
She was wearing light wash ripped jeans with a pink printed shirt with peach converse and her hair was in a messy ponytail.
"Yup" she cheered and we made our way to the car.
"So where are we going?" I asked
"To get you a job" she smirked
"So what do you do? I know you have a job but I have no idea what it is" I asked
"You'll see" she said with a wink and pulled into the parking lot of a huge glass building.
As we walked into the building it was a mad house. People rushing around with stuff in their hands while trying not bump into people, but they had enough time to shout a quick hello to Juliana.
"Why are we here and how do these people know you?" I asked very confused.
"This is where I work and I got you a job interview here" she shrugged.
"Thank you!" I exclaimed pulling her into a hug.
We walked over to the elevator and she hit the button for the top floor. we road in silence while I was freaking out because I hate elevators.
I heard the ding and rushed out as soon as the doors open.
"Well someone's excited" Ju smirked
"Sure" I smiled
She just nodded and lead me into a huge glass room.
"Mr. Peters! Christine is here" she said into the phone.
I sat in one of the chairs at the table and waited for Mr peters to come in.
As soon as he did I stood up and shook his hand
"Good Morning Christine, I'm Mr Peters" a man around the age of 20 with light brown hair said to me
"Good morning Mr Peters, you can call me Chris" I said as we both took a seat.
"So do you know why you are her?" He asked
"Uh well I'm looking for a job and Juliana brought me here saying I had an interview and she didn't tell me what it was for" I explained.
"Well what we do here, is we book concert and help rising stars. We write music and lots more" he explained "So Juliana said you're very good with style so she recommended you"
Really Ju, really?
"Uh yes I am, but I don't have a very bright style. I like more dark colors" I explained
"That's why you're perfect. We need someone who is good with more of those punk band" he exclaimed and I nodded
"so I think you are perfect for this job, would you like to take it?" He asked
"Yes! I would love to!" I exclaimed "thank you sir!"
"You're welcome Chris. So your first day of Monday. Just be here by 8:00"
"Do you have any type of dress code?" I asked
"Yes but we're not strict. you can wear basically anything just not baggy sweatpants, leggings are fine, and nothing to showy" he explained
"Okay thank you sir. I'll see you Monday" I nodded and made my way to the door
"Chris?" He stopped me
"Yes?"
"I'm glad you took the job and nice outfit by the way" he said giving me a soft smile.
"Thanks, me to" I smiled back and made my way to the lobby, where Juliana said she would be.
As soon as we got to the car Juliana stopped and looked at me "well did you get the job?"
I looked out the ground and smiled, "yes!"
We both started jumping up and down squealing.
"Let's go celebrate" she cheered and we got into the car and drove to a bar.
"Juliana. I'm under age" I said
"You'll be 18 in a few days you're fine. and this bar doesn't check" she shrugged as we made our way to the bar.
We both ordered our drinks and down them.
It's not like I haven't had alcohol before, I have, just not in a bar.
"Well don't you look familiar" I heard a voice say behind me.
"Uh do I know you?" I asked
"We met a few weeks about at a hotel. I knocked on your door because my friends gave me the wrong number" he explained
"Bradley, hi!" I exclaimed
"So you stayed in Cali?" He asked
"Yup! I'm living with my best friend Juliana" I said looking over at her and she was flirting with the bartender.
"Well it was nice to see you. Make sure you call me so we can get coffee some time" he said shooting me a wink
"Will do" I smiled as he walked away.
I'm moving on faster than I thought.
