Lyn, Avinetta, 12:47 am

It was a trap. I was right. That absolute bastard is going to pay for that.

Lyn was seething. She should have trusted her gut feelings, she should have pinned that two faced sparrow to the ground and forced him to prove that he was Jackson. Lyn had an uneasy feeling ever since they left the Root Roost, everything just seemed too easy.

Lyn new something was up when they inspected the net Eva was caught in as they were leaving the Outer City. The metal net was woven just like the ones from the army. What tipped her off more was Jacksons sudden desire to annoy Jasper.

Then when the bomb detonated and trapped them in the sewers, Lyns guard went up, she didn't trust a word 'Jasper' said. She hated that she didn't say anything. When Jackson caught them before they got the Hall of Heaven, Lyn knew she should have done something to out him.

Stop thinking about what you could have done, start thinking about what you could do now, Lyn bit her tongue as the madman in front of her regarded Jackson like he was a living saint.

The wingless maniac was dressed in a dark blue and black finery, something like that would mean he was rich, or powerful. Lyn tried to devise a plan. Anything that would get them out of this horrid mess. The harsh wind howled and raged around them, thunder a deep growl in the black sky.

Nothing came to mind, only the cool metal of the gun to her throat and the smell of blood seeping out of her captors arm. Lyn scanned over Jasper and Kai. Jasper was too busy seething at his despicable twin to look at them. Lyn locked eyes with Kai, fear was wild in his eyes. Lyn watched has he quietly slipped the taser into his hands, Lyn nodded slowly.

"Have I seen you before?" The madman looked down his sharp nose at her, the scar that ran across his face had small stitch markings along it.

"In your nightmares," Lyn growled.

"Now I remember. You crows have no manners, worst conversation in my life, absolutely no respect," the man tutted and turned. Lyn thrived with anger, the rebel holding her pushed the loaded gun deeper into her throat.

"Can we get back on track? I'd like to cut ties quickly, I don't like tears," Jackson whined, flipping his gun in his hand.

"You don't like anything, do you?" Jasper snapped.

Oh no. Lyn knew something bad was coming, she didn't want to watch Jacksons confession.

Angelica whimpered softly next her, the rebel pushed the gun deeper into her throat. Lyn seethed again. She looked around the room, trying to block out Jacksons revaluation. There were at least fifty wingless rebel around the Hall, if not more, all standing and waiting for orders. All decked out in black and covered head to toe. They all held various weapons, mainly long rage weapons.

Angelica whined again, trying to keep herself awake as the shock and pain set in. Just hold on a little longer Angelica please. Lyn looked up again and winced. Jackson was pummelling Jasper, throwing punch after punch at his brother.

"I hate you!" Jackson screamed as his fist collied with his twins face. "I hate Eva and Lyn and Angelica!" Lyn felt her rage double with that statement. "I hate Kage and I hate Kit and I hate Nathan!" Jasper wheezed and spat out blood. "But I hate you the most Jasper! I hate you so much."

Lyn saw Jaspers mouth move but couldn't make out the words.

"SHUT UP!" Jackson screeched. He wiped his face and stepped away from his broken brother. "I am nothing like you, you're dead to me. I hate you so much."
