we see izuku looking for his mom only to find something that well forces his quirk open
sorry for the short description but it will be expanded upon in the chapter.
we see a little green-haired boy no younger than 5 was running through a destroyed city(not Mustafa) as he was looking for his family as his mother told him they would be back from the store that was before All might and some weird villain started fighting as their fight was so destructive it destroyed the city as he got near the fight unmentionably he saw it his family bloody and dead.
AFO: oh would you look at that this little boy's family got in the way of our fight how about I reunite them!
but before Allmight or AFO could do anything the little boy clutched his hand as red and black lighting was pouring out of him.
All might: young boy stop calm down!
Allmight's pleas fell on deft ears as his eyes turned blackish purple as a purplish substance spread over his face and soon his whole body before All might could knock him out he burst into the purplish substance as it sits off like a nuke as the boy screamed into the heavens.

All might's pov
Ugh, that hurt like hell it is a good thing I braced for the impact I start to look for All for one but find nothing but the small boy I see that his shirt and a lot of his pants were blown off I see seven creature like tattoos on his body one is a giant lion head on his back the next is goat opposite his heart a fox on his lower left abdomen a serpent on his right outside thigh a bear on his left ankle and a boar on his left neck then the one that was ominously glowing was a dragon that was biting his tail I look around and saw that the city is no more.
All might: guess I'm lucky to survive that blast let's get you out of here little guy.
as I scoop up the little boy I notice that he is crying I hug him to try and calm him down to receive a hug in return.
All might: don't worry I will stay by you no matter what.
as I heard the fire around us I jump almost out of the crater he made geez this kid is strong just by getting that mad he blew up a whole city the size of Tokyo as I finally get out of that crater I see some of my fellow heroes examine the crater as they try to understand what happened the rat god spotted me.
Nezu: All might are you ok what happened here?
Allmight: you wouldn't believe me if I told you.
Nezu: enlighten me.
Vlad king: what are you going to tell us that this little kid did it?
All Might: ...
Aizawa: what is his quirk?
All Might: I am not sure but he is the one that caused it but in all honestly the only reason he did it is his emotions got out of hand as he ...
