Falling in love is like falling from the sky. You're always falling. Always feeling those butterflies. Always hopeing that you don't ever hit the ground. Hitting the ground is the worst part of falling in love. It's the end. When the butterflies inside stop fluttering. It feels like everything inside of you stops working when you hit the ground.
Your heart feels like it was a fine China tea cup that a small child just dropped. It feels like it has been shattered into a thousand little tiny, unfixable pieces. Even if you could find all those pieces and try to glue them back together it would never hold tea again. It feels like nothing will ever be the same.. but if you look hard enough inside of yourself you will find a little caterpillar who has yet blossomed into a big beautiful butterfly. He is your hope. He will grow and he will lift you back up. You will feel him fluttering inside of your belly again. You just need to give him the proper growing environment. Take care of yourself and your little caterpillar.
One day he will come out of his cocoon and be a big butterfly. Just like those ones you thought you had lost forever. This one little butterfly will lift you back up into the sky. And when you meet that special someone they will kiss you and put even more butterflies into your belly. Hopefully this time you don't have to hit the ground and you can float around in the sky with the love of your life.
