When I was born,
I felt lost
I thought there was something wrong
There is, and it will last long
I did not know what it was
My family did not know what it was
It took some time
Before they knew
A disease stuck in my mind
And stuck in my soul too
And now I will gladly and sadly say
A journey's on its way
For now there's purpose in my living
And burdens and pressure lay on my shoulder
A heavy bag I try to leave
That will stay stuck inside
But for everytime I give up
My mind will say, "Not now, don't give up."
It will encourage me
Now is the beginning
Author's Note:
When I wrote this, a memory was in my mind. About how when I was born, my family found out I'm dyspraxic. And I also write about this because of the tough journey i am currently going through.
