Handled. That was the word I'd used when describing the stakeout in Forks, Washington. The brothers, Jack, Cas and I had gotten a hit from a police scanner of a string of disappearances that had vamp stink all over it. What I didn't expect was the whirlwind I was stumbling into.

I took the hit solo, as a new hunter does when desperate to prove themselves. After doing a quick recon by myself, I called Sam to tell him that the case would seem pretty straight forward, and to give me a week or two to flush and clear out the vamp nest. I spent the first half of that week searching as much of the forest as I could, stopping to talk to any passerbys along La Push. I managed to wander onto the Quileute reservation, and met a group of boys (shirtless, which was a blessing to my eyes) who were willing to answer any question I had to throw at them. They introduced themselves as Sam, Paul, Quil, and Embry. Paul, who had big shoulders and a funny smirk on his face when he said to me: "You should head over to the Black's house. His dad is a tribal leader in the community, he would know a lot about these disappearances".

So I made my way over to that house, and knocked on the door. When the door opened, I had to crane my head back to meet this guy's face. After 5 minutes of conversation, what I was really there for turned into two hours on the porch of the now named Jacob Black, talking about anything and everything. The conversation ended with a quick text to Sam: This is gonna take me a little longer than I thought.

Hi friends! So this book is going to be arranged a little weird, but the style is that the narrator is telling a story; either you're reading it as a diary or reading it as though the narrator is speaking to you// listening to them speak to someone else.

I want to try and keep this narrator ambiguous, but I understand that for the importance of the story and plot, this narrator is going to have to be someone. Obviously, as a writer, I can't help but 'insert myself' into the story, so yes I am basing the main character off of myself a little bit. Looks-wise, I know how I see this character, but I am really going to try hard to stay away from clear physical descriptions outside of clothes and possibly hair so that you the reader can see them how you want. However, one very important thing about this character is that she is a SHE. This will come in later as to why this is important to the story, but it's important. Another important aspect is her age. I wanted this character to be around 16-17, again you'll see why later in the story, but Jacob is going to be 17-18 just for reference as to the twilight plotline.

If you are here from the twilight fandom, Hello! This story is a mashup from Twilight and Supernatural. Supernatural is a 15 season show that just ended about two brothers who travel around America Saving people and Hunting things (the family business). The main girl has been living with the brothers (Sam and Dean Winchester) along with Castiel (the angel that they live with) and Jack Kline (the antichrist). This information isn't technically super important, but you might need it for some context. We most likely won't see Jack or Cas in this story, but Cas will most likely be mentioned. Sam and Dean are hunters, meaning they hunt and kill supernatural monsters. Dean is the older brother, and Sam is younger. In this book, both are in their 40's. The main girl has a pretty bad relationship with Dean, which is very similar to the relationship Dean has with his own father. She has a much closer relationship with Sam, which we will see through the story as most of her communication between her and the brothers is just her texting or calling Sam.

If you are here from the Supernatural fandom, Hello! I'm sure I won't need to explain to you what Twilight is, but just in case, it's a love story between a vampire named Edward Cullen, a girl named Bella Swan, who is the daughter of a police chief, and a werewolf named Jacob Black. Edward and Bella get together, get married, and kind of leave Jacob behind, at least in this story they do. Jacob is obviously the main love interest in this story, but that plotline isn't as important. However, this is still a love story... kind of.

Anyways, please enjoy! I'm going to try really hard to update often and on a general schedule, but if I can't, it's either because of my work schedule (Friday-Sunday), or because of my school workload.
