Hey, y'all this chapter is dedicated to those in the Brazilian Arc. Also, need to explain a couple of OCs quirks because they have been left unmentioned.

About: Monica is the top 13 hero in Brazil. Though she has heroic duties to fulfil she helps vigilantes and villains with her readings. Background story: Monica has lived a perfect life until it started to crumble down with the death of her sister and her best friend. Since then she has adopted their kids and taken them in as her own. She's been struggling with her sisters and best friends death but the kids help her.
She also hates stuck up heroes, that were apart of her sister and best friends death. That then begins her hatred for corruption in Pro heroes. Then she began to work with anyone no matter what category they came under.
She is an on field hero with training under Brazilian jiu-jitsu and uses her quirk to help her fight. But she mostly stays in her hidden shop, so no upfront pro heroes visit her. (heroes in the top 10)
Physical Appearance: tbh I picture this woman as Jennifer Lopez or Sofia Vergara. But with dark purple hair. Doesn't look like she's 37 she looks like she 27. ✨G E N E T I C S✨
