Ever since he lost Felicity, Oliver was completely heartbroken. He would shut himself inside his house with all of the windows closed and the doors locked. He shut all of the blinds and never let one single drop of sunlight inside. It hurt too much considering he lost his own light. He would sit on his bed, thinking or reliving those beautiful and wonderful memories he made with her. He remembered all of their times together, good and bad. From the first time they met to the time where he first told her he loved her to the time when he walked in on Felicity kissing Ray Palmer. At her funeral, there were tears streaming down his face. While everyone else wore black, Oliver wore bright colors to honor her cheerful, bright, brilliant personality. He avoided any kind of social gathering. He hadn't used his phone, email, he didn't even turn on the TV. He didn't do anything but mope for months.

Oliver sobbed. "I-I remember the first months after that happened, you would do anything to avoid human contact," "Yeah. I honestly couldn't deal," Oliver sniffed. "They couldn't even find her body," A tear ran down his face. He, suddenly aware of his tears, wiped them away and stood up. "Wh-where are you going?" Thea stood up next to him. "I have to go somewhere," Oliver turned around and left their house.

Oliver went down to the Foundry for the first time in 8 months. He met Dig down there, rapidly punching in the keys of the keyboard. Dig turned around to see his depressed partner. "Hey, man," he said with a smile, trying to lighten the mood. "Hey," Oliver replied. There were bags underneath his eyes. "Hey, I know we haven't talked about it much, but are you okay?" Dig asked, getting up to meet him. "Yeah, I guess," Oliver looked down. He walked over and sat in Felicity's black computer chair. It still smelled like her. Roses and oranges. He smiled for the first time in a long time as he sniffed again. "Dig, the Foundry smells like her. Don't you think?" Diggle didn't answer. "Diggle?" He turned to see his partner hugging a random person. When they let go, he could see her features. Blond ponytail, beautiful Aqua eyes framed by glasses. Oliver's heart skipped a beat. Wait, it couldn't be. Could it? She smiled at him. "Felicity?"
