The two buyers turned around, Blaise's eyes widened, not believing who he was looking at. Draco stood there, breathing air onto his glasses.
"Her- Hello," Blaise cleared his throat, still in shock.
Hermione smiled shortly and extended her hand, "Hi! Hermione." The male stared at the hand before taking it slowly, "Blaise Zabini."
At least she's not a hologram.
Blaise Zabini could not believe he was standing before none other than Hermione Granger. He knew she worked at the café and that she wouldn't be there but he didn't expect her here of all places.
She's changed so much. Her hair is no longer the bushy mess it used to be and instead it's neatly in a bun. She's slimmed down, a lot. There was a metal stud jabbed in her nose and her body language radiates something else.
Hermione then extended her hand to the other buyer. "Huh- Oh, Draco Malfoy," Draco squeaked, shaking the girl's hand.
"Pleasure," she grimaced. "This is- eh- this is my assistant, he's here for personal reasons," Blaise told her to which Hermione simply nodded.
Hermione gestured for the two boys to follow her as she walked around the building. She showed them around for at least twenty-five minutes. She didn't fail to notice the looks the richer-looking man was giving her.
"My trainer told me you're watching the nutcracker auditions," Hermione said once they made a stop outside the auditorium.
"Yes, my girlfriend loves the nutcracker. I would love to see the dancers," Blaise nodded, writing things down in his journal-diary.
Hermione hummed and opened the doors to the auditorium. "Auditions are going on right now so tell your obnoxious assistant to keep it down," she huffed, walking away.
Draco took slight offence to her words but nodded his head out of respect. "She's real bossy," Draco scoffed, following Blaise.
"Not here!" Blaise seethed as he went up to introduce himself to the people at the front.
Hermione went backstage and she saw her friend eating. "How many people left?" Hermione asked, changing into her point shoes.
"Just Elizabeth then it's you," she squealed, shaking the already frustrated girl.
Hermione nodded and began warming up as fast as she could. "I'll be outside, waiting," Ava smiled and walked out, giving Hermione space.
5 minutes later, Hermione was announced to come out. She confidently walked up to the stage and stood in the center. "Name and role?" Some lady Hermione has never seen before asked, she was intimidated.
"Hermione Jean Granger! I will be auditioning for the role of Clara," Hermione said confidently.
The lady looked up and played the recorder.
Oh dear lord...Hermione thought.
The music began and Hermione's feet began to move. She swayed and moved around, doing her best leaps that she'd rehearsed.
Draco Malfoy was staring with wonder in his eyes. He doesn't think he's ever seen dance as elegant as this, her movement was flawless.
"Mate, you're drooling," Blaise whispered, startling Draco slightly.
Draco waved his hand to shush his friend as he stared at Hermione dance. She turned with grace, her posture was on point, the technique was brilliant.
