Kota

After we all ate dinner, we decided to go out to the hot springs for a bath. Both the guys and the girls had their separate sides. Once the rest of the girls and I got to the warm area on our side of the wall, they all started stripping. My face flushed and I looked at the ground, starting to take my clothes off as well. We all got into the bath and I put my warm towel, which I had previously prepared by putting in the water while we were changing, over my eyes, and laid my head back on a rock. Conveniently, the rock was shaped exactly right for a pillow.

A few minutes later, I was just about to doze off, when I heard yelling coming from the other side. I was going to pass it off as boys being boys, but then I heard the words "Mineta" and  "climbing the wall" in the same sentence. I shot up and lifted the cloth off my face.

"Thanks, Kota!" Mina shouted.

I looked around for what had happened and saw Kota on top of the wall that separated us from the boys' bath. I just assumed the rest.

Kota made the mistake of turning around and fell back off the wall. I giggled and looked back at the girls. My eyes went wide at my mistake and I threw my head back to stop the nosebleed.

2nd mistake of the night.

My head hit the rock behind me, saw stars, and bit my tongue.

"Y/n! Are you okay?!" I heard splashing and felt soft hands bring my head up from the rock. I saw Momo and Ochako standing above me.

"y-YEah," I replied.

"You don't look fine..." the blackette examined the back of my head and squeezed my eyes shut.

"Yeah, I think you got a nosebleed," Ochako said as she scanned my face.

"We need to take her to the infirmary," Momo said, getting her towel from the side of the hot spring. Ochako nodded and grabbed her own towel as well. Once they both had a towel wrapped around them, they picked me up and wrapped one around me too. They quickly carried me toward and we met up with Izuku along the way. He had Kota in his arms from when he had fallen from the wall. I last saw them opening the door to the infirmary, then I passed out.

"100 LAPS?!" I yelled.

"Yes, and, as I said before, go." Mr. Aizawa responded. "Everyone else is training as well."

"EVERYONE'S ASLEEP!"

"And this'll take you all day, I'd get to it if I were you." He walked back down to camp and left me at the base of a mountain.

"100 laps around the camp and this mountain...how the hell does he expect me to do that?!" I jumped off the mountain in a burst of frustration and, right before I was going to hit the ground, I stretched my wings out wide and caught myself. "Damn. Y'know what? Just to spite him, I'll do it before noon." I looked at my watch that I happened to grab before my teacher dragged me out of my cabin.

---

Yeah, he shook me awake about 10 minutes ago. I refused and turned back over. So he took the liberty to wrap me in his scarf and drag me outside.

"I wanna be awake this early as much as you do," he had said.

I had groaned since I was too tired to form a sentence as he dragged me across the camp.

"You have some training to do."

---

'So this is what you meant...' I flew up, did a few stretches before I started so I wouldn't cramp up halfway through, tested the wind, and took off.

As I ascended into the sky, the wind crept over my scalp and into my feathers. The smells of trees, warm air, fruit, and morning dew filled my mind with calm. The songs of early birds rang loud in the otherwise silent morning. As I started the first lap of many more, I saw the variety of trees in the lush forest, my classmates getting out of their cabins for their own training, and various animals out and about. I opened my mouth to shout to them as I swept over, but the taste of sleep was still sticky in my mouth so all that came out was a small croak. I laughed at myself and tried again.

"HEY GUYS! I'M UP HERE!" I called as I dove close to the ground and back up, blowing a powerful gust of wind at them accidentally.

The look of shooketh on their face was priceless. I laughed as I patted myself down for my AirPods and iPod. Luckily, I found them in my pocket and started blasting my favorite music to make up for my lack of coffee.

Izuku's POV

As I walked out to meet everyone near Mr. Aizawa, I realized that Y/n-chan wasn't there. I looked around thinking that she had been late, but I found her already in the sky. I waved up at her. She yelled something at us and started to dive. I quickly ran off to a safe distance just as she almost landed right where I just was. We locked eyes and she laughed. Her eyes just screamed: "You should see the look on your face right now."

Sometimes I really hate her.

Y/n's POV

I pulled out my watch as I started my 95th lap and saw that it was 11:58. 'How the hell am I gonna do this before noon...' I had been going at my fastest pace for the whole morning except for 5 rest laps. 'Shiiiiiiiit, how am I gonna do thisssss? It takes at least 2 minutes for each lap, I can't finish 5 in two minutes!'

"I need to go faster than this."

I tucked my wings in and started flicking just the ends. While that was happening, I pumped up the use of the wind to above my normal fighting amount so I would go even faster. 'It's still not gonna work.' I realized. 'faster, I need to go faster.' I kept pushing myself through each lap, going faster and faster each time. 'You need to go faster,' I kept telling myself.

I soon reached the 100th lap and fell back to where I first started. As a laid there, looking at the sky and catching my breath, I saw a dark figure walk into my view.

"Well, that was impressive."

"Heh, thanks Mr. Aizawa," I said between breaths.

"You actually accomplished what I wanted you to," He responded. "You went faster than your 'limit'."

"Yeah, but I still didn't make it for noon..." I said.

"Actually," He looked down at my watch. "Now it's noon, so yes you have."

"HUH?!" I shot up and grabbed my wrist. 'He's right, it just turned noon a few seconds ago...'

"YESSSS, I'M SO FAST NOW!"
