Third Person POV

The undeniably addicting at the same time magically destructive feeling on Earth.

You know what it is?

It is betting your heart to unsure that start with hard hello and gentle goodbye for a game called love.

But, what if there's no game to bet?

And all you did was just to wait?

Meet Lucky Glesing.

An apple tree.

Of all tree, the apple fruit was least favored by some but love by many.

In an apple farm, there's this one special tree planted at the top of the mountain. The rest was planted at the bottom of the farm and at the middle.

People who live in the village always have a look of them because they are tasty. These apples are nutritious and it's their favorite to eat over other fruit. The rosy color crisp-fleshed of it makes them wanted more of them.

They believe that the apple is the symbol of love. And it started from the Greek Gods and Goddess. Apple is the fruit symbol of Aprodite. The Goddes of love itself. But it is not only the symbol of love, also a symbol of ecstasy, fertility and abundance. In some country like China, it represent peace, and apple blossoms are a symbol of women's beauty. In other traditions, they can signify wisdom, joy, fertility, and youthfulness. That's why they are treasured in the village.

"Mother, I wanted to see Lucky Glesing," a little kid said while pointing the apple tree at the top of the mountain. They were picking apples at the bottom and in the middle part of the farm together with the other villagers. "I think she's lonely there without the other apple tree with her. I wonder why Mr. Haciendero planted Lucky Glesing there at the top and alone? I feel so sad for her. I haven't seen any villager tried to come there and choose her fruit. She must be very very sad. Can we ask Mr. Haciendero and go there for her fruit?"

His mother sighed because whenever Ssenippah is with her, he never missed looking the apple tree that named Lucky Glesing.

Friday is their market day. They go to the market to buy their whole week meal. Since the farm is just near, the villager are allowed to enter the apple farm to buy and pick their own fresh crispy apple.

"Ssenippah, it is dangerous there and a little far," his mother answered. She patted his right shoulder slowly for disapproval. "There are traps and wild animals that might attact you. You are still young my little child to go there. And if you climb Lucky Glesing tree, you might fall. No one will catch you when you get hurt. Your father is not here, and I can't walk that long to pick Lucky Glesing fruit. Her fruit looks tatsy like Xaler tree, Enoz trofmoc, Reyalp, Rial, Retaehc, Lufhtiafnu, Yobyalp, Yobkap, Erusnu, Decrof and Sehcatraeh. We can only pick for Epoh, Sselb, Htiaf, Ytuaeb, Dnik, Tnelat, Edutitta for our apple.   Look how lofty her edges. We can't climb her. Lucky Glesing is tough and unreachable. We can't afford her for our fruit."

"But, father have been to Lucky Glesing once and hand over the fruit to you. I should too," he rebutted.

"Because your father is man enough,  my child. You will understand it when you grow up. For now, you just wait."

Ssenippah nodded.

Maybe it's not yet time to pick and offer Lucky Glesing's fruit. One day he'll go there and see closely the tough tree. He promised.

"Brother, it's really hard to pick Lucky Glesing's apple," Ssenippah heard a group of people talking randomly. He looked at them frowning. It's Lucky Glesing again! "She's extremely tremulous. I gave up. Let's just have these apples at the middle or at the bottom. They are way safer and better. At least, closer and easy to get. I don't want to waste time going to Lucky Glesing again. These, at the lower part are still apple anyway."

"But be careful brother," said the other guy that looks dissapointed. "I had once tried Retaeh and Rail tree but they have rotten apples. I didn't check it first. Some of her apples look good outside but rotten inside. But I'll try Epoh tree. Maybe I'll have good apples this time. I really hope."

Ssenippah felt bad for Lucky Glesing.

Why is easy for them to give up? He thought. If he were them, he'll try his best to get the right apple for him. Lucky Glesing is known of having best apples compare to other apples in the farm. That's why he wanted her.

While Lucky Glesing on the other side wonders why people in the village don't want to come and get her fruit. She don't know what's wrong with her. Mr. Haciendero made her tree special for the villager. She felt neglected despite the fact that she knows she can offer more for them.
Lucky Glesing has Epoh's sweetness, Sselb's bloom, Htiaf's solemn, Ytuaeb's toughest, Dnik's crisp, Tnelat's rosy color or Edutitta that always have fruit to harvest.

She was prune moderately each year by Mr. Haciendero to make her tree ready for harvest. She knows that the villagers apple dreams for a crunchy fruits like slicing them into freshly baked pies, juice, cake, jam and many more. Her very own fruit tree can give them.

Lucky Glesing apples are among the best type to maintain and keep.

One day, she was surprised of seeing a grown up man panting and all sweat right in front of her full apple tree.

He seems to be from war?

"Finally Ssenippah you are here!" he proudly said to himself while still panting but you can see the admiration on his eyes while seeing Lucky Glesing. "I know to myself that you are the right apple tree for me. People in the village are afraid to come here for your fruit Lucky Glesing. They are afraid to come here. But I know you are worth the wait."

Lucky Glesing let Ssenippah climb her tree and pick apples. She didn't move even if there's a strong wind blows. She don't want Ssenippah fall and get hurt. She make sure of it.

The tough apple tree can't contain the happiness that the only brave man she thought would never come is here.

"It's not my fault if the villagers always have wrong choice of apple, Lucky Glesing. They always get those rotten one," Ssenippah said. He is still picking apples. The red crisp and tasty. "I'll never pick apples beneath the level like retaehc tree. I believed, I deserve the best for me. My mother said, when you work hard of something and get it. You will experience a different kind happiness. Of all apple tree here in the farm, your apple is the best Lucky Glesing. And I will give this to my love Elgnis to win her heart. She deserve the best love from the best apple tree in this farm. She's like you. She's beautifully tough. And I'll fight for her if love is a war. I'll be Elgnis soldier."

In waiting, sometimes all you have to do is to just.. wait. Until the right one comes.

Women are like apples;

The best apples are at the top of the tree. Some men don't want to reach for it. They are afraid to fall and hurt.

Instead, they pick those rotten one.

In reality, even if an average looking can easily strike a terror hearts. And it takes a very confident man to deserve a tough woman.

So, wait, and your apple of the eye will be coming soon.

So, wait, and your apple of the eye will be coming soon.
