Lucy's big secret ( LucyXLaxus)

chapter 1

Lucy was laying in bed Half asleep not wanting to end her weirdly good dream. She gets a text from someone the sound on her phone wakes her up.

"Ahhhhh how is it," she says before grabbing her phone to see. It was levy sending her a good morning text. Lucy smiles and flipped her phone open to send her one back. Levy got a phone finally so now they can talk whenever they wanted. "I have to get up now. Oh Well, I'm going to take a shower then go to the guild." She said getting out of bed heading to the bathroom.

She started the shower and got out of her PJs as she let the water warm up. She got in and did her normal shower stuff then turned off the water and got out. she reached for her towel but then realize there's no need she lived by herself. She brushes her teeth and hair then went to get dressed.

She got into her everyday clothes wall doing so she was humming a random tune not sure if it was some song she heard before. She grabbed her keys and left Locking the door on her way out. On the way to the guild she waved and said hi to some of the people she met during her time living there. She realized thet her phone is back at the apartment but she was already at the guild. She didn't want to go get it. As she walked closer to the guild door she could hear the usual noise coming from inside. The light hum of conversations and music from the live band. She then opened the door immediately feeling that happy warm feeling as she held the door open.

Lucy's POV
I glanced through the room looking for someone to talk to. They're at a table next to the bar was Erza and Gray. Wendy and Romeo at the table next to them talking they have some kind of board game in front of them. Happy was trying to flirt with Carla but from the looks of it, it wasn't going so well like Always. One of these days happy will win her over hopefully. Where's was Natsu he should be Somewhere here if happy is they go anywhere apart.

I didn't notice that I was blocking the door until somebody from behind me said. " You were in my way cheerleader" a deep voice slightly scaring me out of my thoughts. Based on the nickname knowing who's behind me, I turned to see Laxus. I quickly apologized, stepping out of his way. Please don't see my blushing as I was looking at the floor. Laxus took a step, then started humming the same tune I did this morning I couldn't help but stare at him as he walked away. Why is he humming that tune?

WAIT A MINUTE! Was he at my apartment this morning? There's no chance of that. As much as I wish he was there, I did not see him or hear him. My apartment is on the second floor so we could've heard me from the street and he lives nowhere near me. I must've heard it here last night and forgot about it.

"Hey, Lucy" Gray said waving me to the table they were at. "Hey" I said back to him sitting next to Erza once I got to the table. "why is Laxus back here isn't he supposed to be kicked from the guild" Gray said in an irritated voice. Erza didn't say anything but she didn't look to happy. I'm just going to say quiet if  he really is back, part of me was excited, but at the same time wondered if  he had any intentions like the big game he decided to play with that  Thunderdome of his. Taking a second to look back at Gray noticing the conversations of other tables  had stopped as well. Glancing around the room, noticing everyone else was staring at Lexus. " What a man to bring the entire room to complete silence" " what was that?" gray had said. Oh no that escaped my mouth. " nothing."

I have this girl crush on him. It's weird because of what he did to everyone but he did it to make everyone stronger. He definitely should have taken a different approach but his intentions were somewhat good . OK I will say the part where he wanted to take in his words old man spot as guild master wasn't that great but I hope he doesn't do that again I wish Laxus could stay around. My cheeks are getting warm I must be blushing. I've got to think of anything else if I'm going to keep this crush a secret.

If you are new you might not notice I am going through fixing a lot of my mistakes. I started this when I was very young and gave up on the story and I just recently got back onto this account and realized how many mistakes are in this story as of right now January 31, 2024 I have a bit of a ADHD, hyper focused on fixing some of these mistakes. Hopefully it'll turn into continuing the story for those of you who have been here a long time waiting if you are one of those people coming back to the story I'm so sorry on the amount of messed up in some of these paragraphs.
