Subconsciousness
subconsciousness is the part of your mind that isn't always aware of what's going on. However we can be aware of what's happening if we actually think about it. It's a state of your mind that isn't always aware of what is going on.

Dr= Desired reality (the place you are shifting to)
Cr= Current reality (the reality you are in right now)
Or= Original reality (some people use this term instead of cr)
Wr- Waiting room (the place you usually go to in your mind before you shift)

Visualise- to imagine scenarios and visions with your eyes closed (these should relate to your Dr)

Method- a way of doing something. In this case, shifting

Subliminals(subs)= Some relaxing music that contains shifting affirmations to help you shift. (You don't need these whatsoever but they are pretty cool to use and help relaxation)

Affirmations= These are phrases that convince and trick your mind. These are used in almost every shifting method. And example of some are ' I have shifted' 'I am a master shifter' 'I will shift' 'Shifting is easy' 'I can shift'

Script= a place you wrote down exactly what you want your dr to be like

Right side of your brain
This is the creative side of your brain, the one that has no logic, the one that comes up with the crazy ideas! This side of the brain is a huge part of shifting because it doesn't care about doubts (that are in the left brain) and this makes it so much easier to shift

Left side of your brain
This is the side of your brain that you use most often-it's the witty side, it's the logical side, it's the intelligent side. This side of the brain is not useful when it comes to shifting. It has doubts and worries and problems that put you off shifting. And that's not what you want.

'So, if the left side of the brain is putting me down. How do I stop that?'

It's easy! You need to turn the left side of your brain off and your right side on! It may sound complicated now but there are so many easy ways to do this

How to turn your left brain off
-A really easy way to do it is to play some music (preferably the same song on repeat) and start to visualise your Dr. Your left side of the brain will focus on the song and the lyrics or beat whilst your right side will focus on the visualisation.
-Another way to do it is to meditate; guided meditations are great and super easy. This will relax you and helps a lot of people to shift.
-Sign your name every which way, backwards, forwards, upside down,left to right, right to left, diagonally. Just as many ways as you can think of.
-Count and visualise. Count to 100 whilst imagining your Dr. It's that easy!
