"You should have seen it. He came out of no fucking where Fallon. I swear" Ember groaned
"I told you. Send me the ADDY LEMME BEAT HIS ASS INTO THE GROUND"
"And what good will that do?" The brunette asked
"I'LL POUND HIM SO DEEP THAT SATAN FINDS HIM THEN SATAN WILL FINISH HIM OFF AND SEND HIM TO GOD, THEN GOD WILL FINISH HIM OFF AND SEND HIM TO AQUAMAN-"
"Aquaman? Seriously?" the girl chuckled
"YES. THAT UTTER PIECE OF SHIT"
"I think you're forgetting someone else that's apart of that little situation there Fallon" Ember mumbled
"Who Gabrielle?"
"Yes"
"I have nothing to say about her because I know where her heart lies" The boy stated
"What do you mean?" Ember asked
Fallon's fingers hooked around the girl's button as he did her final hoop at the top. Ember had finally decided to go to the dinner her parents were organising after a few pushes from her bestfriend
Unfortunately he couldn't come along with her to crash it but he was sure that she'd make some mischief by herself perfectly
The two adults were laid out in the backseat of the Atkins personal car that was sent for the brunette, Fallon just came along for the ride. It was free afterall
"That girl is crazy about you-"
"That girl is straight" Ember stated
"Okay? And? We don't know that but either way she must be going through a hard time being confused on what she wants" Fallon said
"Oh? And that's my fault? I have nothing to do with that and if she's having such a hard time, she sure as hell has an interesting way of showing it" Ember spat, Fallon bit his bottom lip gently as he turned to face the girl
His eyes rolled over her face to see her brows stitched together tightly as she fidgeted with the button on her sleeves but failing miserably
It was obvious to him that the girl was having a hard time, he'd never seen her fall so hard for someone so fast, even if she didn't realize it
He was her bestfriend afterall and bestfriends always know your feelings even if you haven't realized your own as yet
She was hurting inside but she kept pushing it deep down
The more she buries, the more is going to explode and when it does, boy it's going to be messy
"Fucking piece of shit" The girl hissed at the button
"Here. Let me do it" he mumbled, bringing her hands over to her sleeves
"Thanks" she muttered, turning her head towards the window
"You don't need to tell me anything. I know what you're going to say even if you don't say it. But you can't keep that pain bottled up forever Ember" He mumbled
"What pain!?" the girl spat
"Oh come on. When are you going to admit to yourself that you give a fuck about what's going on with her and that guy?"
"Why should I care about their sham of a relationship?"
"Because you really like her Ember"
"No I don-"
