Where two worlds collide

2 Kingdoms, 2 Worlds

History 

It is said that two neighbours can have completely different perspectives, beliefs and lifestyles. This was never more correct than the kingdoms of land and sea. 

In the beginning, the universe was full of chaos and disharmony. There was no rhythm, no chance for life to flourish in the natural war. All the elements battled each other. The great creators of this universe look on in horror at the madness they have created. The eldest of them all turned to the second in rage, demanding that the second fix the mess it created. The Second was outraged that The Eldest blamed them on a collective idea. However, The Second knew if something wasn't done, they would be drawn into the war of their creations. Luckily, The Second had the ability to look into the future, and what it saw was balance. Proposing a trial to The Eldest, The Second suggested creating a world where 3 forces of nature would reside together. With much persuasion, this world was created and to keep the order within each force of nature The Eldest created the first life. A collection of living being for each of the 3 forces. After about a million years(for humans), the 3 sets of people formed kingdoms in their respective element, the Aqua Kingdom, the Terra Kingdom and the Caelum Kingdom. In the following few millennia, the kingdoms learned to live in harmony and those of the lowest status often interbreed to create what was named the humankind. 

The Second foresaw that a great disharmony would occur between two of the kingdoms. It was right. Soon the kingdoms of Aqua and Terra were at war. To settle the battle and bloodshed, The Eldest appeared before a council of the 3 kingdoms and offered a chance of peace. The Eldest would give the next generation of royals a piece of the creator's essence. After a flash of light, The Eldest was gone. The 3 kingdoms signed a peace treaty and went back to their kingdoms. The kingdom of Caelum soon cut any communication with the other two kingdoms and was not heard from since that council. Soon the new royals were born, a son to the Terra Kingdom, a daughter to the Caelum Kingdom and sextuplets (6) offspring to the Aqua kingdom. Six royals with powers blessed by the creators greatly upset the other kingdoms. Another council was held to discuss the future of the sextuplets, many of the advisors of the other kingdoms demanded that 5 of the 6 were killed. Then The Eldest and The Second appeared before them. The Eldest determined that the 6 infants would be removed from their parents and placed onto a harsh planet that would determine how many will survive to gain the blessing from the creators. Satisfied with the solution the other kingdoms left the distressed King and Queen of the Aqua Kingdoms to give up their offspring to the creators. 

During the time on the harsh planet, 3 of the sextuplets died a horrible and gruesome death. The Second could not bear to watch The Eldest murder the innocents, so it travelled to the planet and found the eldest of the sextuplets and blessed them with a large quantity of its essence. The infant suddenly opened its eyes and saw its remaining little brothers about to die and instantly sent some of the essences it was giving to them, saving their lives. When the 3 returned to their parents they were very powerful. 

I know the title of this chapter says 2 Kingdoms, this is just because the Caelum Kingdom doesn't have a major role in the story they are just there.
