Ok this is a Izuku x toga story. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut roles reversed. And mostly this will be a extremely altered version of the mha story.

Izuku Midoriya a.k.a The Deku:
Age 15
Hair green, but with specks of blond in the bangs
Favorite thing: amputation, and his crush
Quirk(s): piercing eyes, static, seeing red.
Piercing eyes:
About- this quirk allows the user to see an opponents weakest points and to see the details on their quirks. It also allows the user to see through walls and solid surfaces.
Draw backs- can only be used once every 24 hours. It also gets the eyes of the user extremely fast. Although the X-Ray vision part of the quirk stays all the time. It can be turned on and off
Uses- he can use this quirk to stare at a crowd from far away gathering information on many people's quirks at once. It can also be focused on an opponent in battle to see the weak points of them.
Static:
About- the user can use a static looking field and use it at will it looks like a grey slate but fades off in static. He can summon it at will. And snap it and throw it.
Drawbacks - after long use of this quirk the users limbs fall asleep and their mind gets a migraine with a tingling feeling.
Uses- mostly used to make a shell bubble around Midoriya. He also makes small needles of it and throws them at his opponents. Then he turns it to a sword for close courters combat.
Seeing red:
About- it's a strengthening quirk and depending on how much red the user sees the more stronger he gets.
Draw backs - useless with no red in visually setting
Uses: it strengthens the user and can be a combat and defense quirk depending on the user. It can become fully activated if wearing red shaded sunglasses. Making the user unstoppable.
Back story :Izuku Midoriya lied there in pain after his best friend/bully just beat him up again. He was quirkless. He knew he had no affect on the world. So this time when he was walking home he decided that life is pointless. So when a incoming dumpster truck was driving by, at the last moment when it was in front of him. He jumped. He felt nothing happen so he thought he was dead. This was in fact wrong. He found himself in the arms of a man in a suit. He looked at the man. Then fainted. He wasn't injured just in shock. The rest will continue in the story....

About the user can spawn multiple hands from the grab and use them as he pleases. It also replicates his decay quirk that can be any size too

Himiko toga a.k.a the red hero Himiko
Age: 15
Hair, along and curly. Then fades to brown at the tips.
Favorite: gossip and her crush (momo:3)
Quirk(s): Ofa, and her previous blood quirk she doesn't use.
Backstory: after a villain attack her family was left dead but she was left alone for some reason. Then at school her friends were attack by a villain the same as her parents. They could tell by the quirk used. After a long time sitting on a trashed up beach wanting nothing to do with life. The no.1 hero say down next to her out of nowhere. The no.1 offers her quirk the rest will continue in story....
Chisai Tori a.k.a the bound heroine, Chain maker
Age: 16
Hair, it's blue and pink, the hair at the top it pink with blue specs and the bottom of fades into a blue with pink specs.
Eyes. R pink L blue (the color of her hair and eyes are an effect of her quirk neither of her parents have pink or blue hair.
Freckles
Short, bubbly personality with a timid touch and a bit of gossiper
The quirk: she emits pink and blue "rope" from her hands and feet she the blue ones can hold someone in a frozen state (not cold) and the pink vibrates at a unholy sped to knock opponents unconscious
I made this character along time ago. And I thought it would be fun to give her a quirk and put her in the story
Backstory: adopted, and raised to become a hero.
