"Why did you even start calling me that? Who told you you're allowed to?" You sassily replied back with arms cross above your chest and a serious face on. Kageyama punched the number of the beverage he has finally chosen while answering, "You didn't say anything against it when I walked you home the other day so I guess you basically told me so, you forgetful dumbass."

"Don't call me a dumbass!"

"Don't worry, you're my dumbass."

Your cheeks heated up even more from that statement of his, causing you to roll your eyes at him before looking away. Kicking the pavement and watching your feet do so, you spoke again, "Why do you call me that again?"

He opened your f/f milk and handed it over before opening his. He took a sip from his milk before answering, "Because it wasn't true that I didn't notice you back then, rather, I liked you a lot since, but then again, you were his girl. I couldn't make a move on you and just decided to let you be."

You frowned, "You didn't even said hi to me once even as a schoolmate."

"Because you were his girl!"

"Yeah, and so?" You gave hima teasing grin, "Scared much?"

"Duh, of course I was."

You let out a small giggle, "You were so arrogant and ignorant back then, it made me so annoyed with your attitude. And when you never said hi to me despite seeing one another multiple times, I hated you even more."

Kageyama wrapped an arm around your shoulder before pulling you to walk side by side, "Sorry for that, baby. I had to have some limitations or else I will definitely catch feelings."

"You sure you two ain't dating?" Nishinoya said with a suspicious face while looking at you and Kageyama. You pushed his face and looked at Kageyama who was tying your shoelaces.

"You're the captain of the Japan Pep Squad and The top 1 girl setter and yet you let that shithead tie your shoes?" Tsukishima said while waiting for you two to be finished. You glared at him and stuck out your tongue.

"Oi, Y/N, you haven't answered Nishinoya yet!" Sugawara said like a strict mother.

Sugawara, Nishinoya and the other higher years still looked at the two of you suspiciously while Kageyama was busy tying your shoelaces. You were all walking from school to the parking lot after training since you ended training earlier because you wanted to tutor the first years earlier today since exams are just a few days away.
