The Start Of The Meeting!!!

After Gilda noticed that Emma wasn't following behind her she looked back and ran towards her apologizing for scaring her. Emma just nodded and Gilda pulled her up. The three of us went inside and past these doors to where everyone else was. I floated to the front where Phil, Norman, and Ray was and watched as the old dude came in the room.

"Welcome Grace Field children, please take a seat." He said swinging his arms over at the chairs surrouding the table. I smirked and jumped up onto the very front of the table and sat down there crossing my legs acting all cool- wait no, I am cool, the chillest bean here because I'm a ghost UWU

Ray sat to my right and Don sat to my left and it kind of felt like we were back together at Grace Field planning the escape. Just us older kids, or well older kids and REALLY old ghost kid planning the escape, sneaking around Isabella and trying to make sure everything went perfect and it did.

"Now we're having this meeting because of an important matter regarding what's going to happen to you all here. I'm sure you've heard that I'm planning on having you all go to school with kids around your age." Everyone started muttering and I nodded m head and closed my eyes. This sounds totally normal from the books at the house. People here go to school for a big part of their younger lives and then they go to work and then they retire and die.

... Okay maybe I made it sound worse than what it was but that was basically it.

"What's the point of us attending school with kids our age?" Ray asked bluntly. I snapped and nodded my head. Of course Ray would be the one that asks that without batting an eye!

"There are a few reasons. The most important reason is that you need to be able to communicate with others that aren't from the farms. Our two worlds are just that different and it'll be impossible to learn about society and culture of today from a textbook."

"That's true. The technology here is a lot more advanced than what we had in the demon world." Nat mumbled.

"Another reason is that you should at least be able to communicate at an acceptable level with others your age." What the heck does the old guy Mike think he's saying?!?! Sure Ray may be a jerk and Emma is too happy go lucky at points and Phil is the brightest ball of sun shine and Gilda can go from cute and reliable to scary and-

"What I'm trying to say is that you need to be able to communicate at a level that other people can understand. Right now you're all too advanced at your age and even though that's a good thing you still need to be able to simplify your thoughts and ideas so that even a child... someone with less wisdom you can say, can understand."

"So the people in this world are a bunch of idiots." Ray asked but more like stated and I coughed on ghost air.

Do ghosts even breath?

"I wouldn't say that now Ray." Norman inturrupted with a smile on his face and that calculating look he had while Mike had his mouth half open. "There's a lot of advanced technology here so I doubt that everyone is like that. Besides it's not nice to call them all 'idiots' without getting to know them, right?" He ended with a closed eye smile. My jaw dropped again.

What the heck?

Norman out of everyone is siding with Ray on people here being idiots?!?!?! Now this is a special day, yup yup.

A/N: Norman why you acting OOC?! But really though I feel like Norman is the nice guy but kinda sadistic if you know what I mean. Like he's nice in general but he's sneaky like Ray. But so far it's all true though. They do need to go to school for at LEAST a little while.
