March 1st, 2014.
"Demi, will you marry me?" Wilmer asked looking deep into my eyes. He stayed kneeled on one knee holding out the ring in its velvet black box.
I stared back into Wilmer's eyes tears beginning to make it difficult to see. I put a hand to my mouth and nodded my head rapidly. "Yes, yes I will marry you."
March 1st, 2015.
That was a year ago. May 8, 2015 was the wedding day, that a week ago Wilmer announced to me. Now I had 2 months to plan a wedding all by myself because I didn't want anyone to know about it. Not even my own family knew of the wedding. Wilmer only accepted keeping this a secret because he thought it would be a nice surprise for everyone in the end.
Now thinking about the wedding was really nerve racking. Would I be able to get everything done in time? With all the things I had to focus on tour, my new album, wedding plans didn't ease the stress. I remember reading in a magazine once that a woman cancelled her wedding because the planning was too overwhelming, but that could be an excuse.
"What you thinking about?" Wilmer asked, looking me in the eyes.
"All the stress I'm going to go through." I sighed.
He put a kiss to my cheek and sat next to me on the cushioned seat. We were on my tour bus and today he was leaving me.
"You know you can always call someone." He asked but I immediately shook my head at the mention of it.
"No, this is between us, I'll get it done. Good thing is it will all be worth it in the end." I turned to face him smiling now, our lips met in a short kiss.
"I love you." Wilmer declared before laying his head on my lap.
"I love you too."
My hands played in his hair, I watched as his brown eyes started closing. I was going to be able to run my fingers through his hair for the rest of my life and I couldn't be happier. I looked around for my phone so that I could snap a pic and found it lying on the table a foot away. Wishing someone would walk by, my wish was granted when I heard footsteps. Brian, a crew member came in view.
"Brian!" I whispered loud enough for him to hear.
His eyebrows rose as he looked at me waiting for me to tell him.
"Can you please pass me my phone?" I whispered again. Wilmer not making any movement.
He nodded and I pointed in the direction of the table close by. He handed it to me and I went straight to my camera. I snapped the pic and saved it as my wallpaper, for when I miss him later. I then proceeded to get on twitter, just to see my timeline.
A picture or I should say selfie caught my eye. It was of One Direction, Niall being the selfie taker. My lips formed into a smile, I loved those guys. Niall was the one I was close with though, I remembered when we first met. I had seen so many fans tell me on twitter how he had a crush on me. When I finally met him I realized what they were talking about. He was shy, and it didn't help when all his bandmates kept nudging him and laughing.
"Niall it's Demi." Harry had said cracking a smile. Niall blushed and laughed.
"Hi. Nice to meet you Niall." I told him smiling, I gave him a hug and when our bodies touched I felt his heartbeat. It was racing.
"Nice to meet you too Demi, I really love Camp Rock. You were amazing, I mean you're always amazing." He laughed, while he brushed the back of his neck clearly embarrased. I was flattered, he was cute.
Now we were really close friends, I hadn't talked to him in while though. Maybe I should give him a call, or text.
Going into my messages I composed a new one.
