Caspian was my childhood best friend.

He is a prince.

I had first met him when we were seven years old, running through a field of daisies, full of memories I made with him.

He was playing with some rabbits as I had watched from afar, immediately recognizing the crest of the Royal Family on his chest.

He invited me to play with him, and from then on I had secret meetings every day at dawn.

I had picnics with him, chased after the clouds, and picked flowers.

He was an adventurous, charming, and whimsical person- but most importantly,

He was my lover since 18th century

Today would be my last day with him before he disappeared.

"One last time,"

he grinned, though his smile was bittersweet.

He took my hand, running through the old meadow.

The place was filled with my memories.

As the wind blew against my face, I watched as the smile on his face grew bigger, how happy he looked to be there once more.

"Don't worry my love, we'll see each other again at the right time..."

And I realized, with pain in my heart, that I'll wait for him so many years to be with him,

again...

That we'll wait for so many years to be with each other.

I dance with him under the stars as he promised.

looking at his eyes, I know he's the one but not at the right time

maybe in the next life or in the next generation.

And that was that.

The harsh reality of being together at not the right time...

I'll wait for you again, my love.
