Chapter 6: The 104th Training Corps Pt.3

                                                                        Three years later: 850

     It had been two years and eleven months since (Y/N) and the 104th squadron had started training. (Y/N), in Commander Shadis' mind, was going to be in the top five at least. (Y/N) was determined to fight, exceptional at using the ODM gear, barely misses the nape of titans and above all else a great teammate. If anything, he and Reiner we're the big brothers of the 104th. (Y/N) had made a considerable relationship with everyone in the 104th, he knew everyone's name which added another form of confidence for everyone. Today was the day before the graduation ceremony. (Y/N) walked into the room and Jean put his arm on (Y/N)'s shoulder.

     "(Y/N), you're the man of the hour, give us a few words," He said enthusiastically, (Y/N) noticed everyone was looking at him.

     "It's been a long three years, and I'm still not good at talking in front of everyone. When we first came here we were weak but now, I want you all to know, we're ready. Those big dumbasses have no idea what's coming to them. The colossal titan will fall along with the armored titan. Everyone we've lost will rejoice when we win, they may be waiting for us on the other side but we won't fall yet. We'll kill them all and take back our land. As warriors, we will rise above the rest and fight," (Y/N) said, he was put on the spot but tried his best. After a couple seconds everyone took their mugs and raised them in the air. He saw smiles and determined faces. Everyone let out a yell and (Y/N) did the same. He went and sat down with Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie and Pieck.

     "Quite a speech you gave there," Reiner said.

     "I had to say something," (Y/N) told him.

     Bertholdt leaned forward and whispered.

     "We're doing it in two days," He looked down and ate a piece of bread.

     "What about?" (Y/N) stopped himself.

     "What about what?" Reiner said, he looked at (Y/N) with an angry look. "Are you too attached now?"

     "We shouldn't talk about this here," Pieck said leaning her head on (Y/N)'s shoulder. (Y/N) nodded and continued eating.

     He finished his meal and stood up, he then walked out to the door and leaned on the railing. He stared out to the training grounds then to the sky. He watched it for a little bit until someone came next to him.

      "What are you doing out here," He recognized that it was Ymir's voice. She leaned on the rail and looked forward.

     "Needed a minute to myself,"

     "I need your help with something,"

     "Is it about Crista?"

     "Yeah, sometimes I won't be there to protect her," He looked over to her and then back to the sky.

     "I can do that,"

     "Thank you," They both stayed quiet. Ymir walked back into the mess hall and finally gave (Y/N) some peace and quiet.

     He heard those screams again, it never escaped his head. He may have been the one that chose to continue the mission but he didn't want to anymore. The people of this island weren't devils like he was told. The other warriors were brainwashed to believe that the island was full of devils, however he wasn't trained that way. He could turn on them, but he would have to take on Reiner, Annie and Bertholdt. He didn't know how Pieck sided. Annie and Reiner we're difficult to fight but there's no chance against Bertholdt. He also needed to find the Jaw titan, he needed to use the Warhammer titan to its fullest, but he needed the jaw titan to break the crystal. He did know that someone here is the Jaw titan. During winter training he saw the yellow lightning. He was the only one outside to see it. It could've been the Attack titan or the Coordinate but he doubted it. He just needed to find the Jaw titan and get them on his side.
