i looked up to see those familiar raven curls making a curtain on his face. the expression he held was none other than sadness. those deep brown eyes looked so tired and upset. i batted away tears from my eyes and continued to look up at him.

"y/n.. i'm so-" i shook my head. "this is so cliche. you fuck up, i get sad, you say sorry, we fix things, happy ever after. no. that simple i'm sorry shit won't cut it. i came to this party to be with you, because i wanted to hang out with you. i don't wanna be here. i'm only here because of you and a little for the girls. i'm sorry isn't the way to apologize. i'll see you later finn." i moved away from him and walked towards where the car was parked.

i called an uber and waited on the dark sidewalk for it. the wind was coming at me with harsh waves of chilliness and i shivered at it. i heard footsteps and looked beside me. a tall man was approaching me. his blonde hair covered his face and his lanky figured crept towards me.

"are you alright?" i looked up at him as he stood closely in front of me. "i.. i'm fine. what's your name?" "jackson, cold?" i nodded and he handed me a red sweater. "i'm y/n.. thank you" it smelled like weed.

"you live around here?" he moved his hair out of his face as he replied. "no no.. about an hour and a half. can i get your number?" i nodded and handed him my phone. i smiled as he entered the number and handed the phone back to me. "see you soon" he kissed my forehead and walked away. what a weird experience.

soon after my uber arrived and i got in. the ride was silent and calming. i put earbuds in and closed my eyes for the ride.

"we're here" was what woke me up. i opened my eyes and stepped out of the car. the trailer i'm staying in was in front of me and i sighed as i stepped inside. when i unlocked my phone it looked like this:

caleb: sadie and millie are worried sick where did you go?

my eyes widened at his last text which immediately made me open twitter.

i smiled at his tweet but the image of him and another girl kissing kept coming to mind. i opened my contacts list and called millie.

m: Y/N ARE YOU OKAY?
y/n: i'm fine mills.
m: WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU SAFE? WE ARE WORRIED SICK
y/n: millie i'm okay, i uh left early i felt sick.
m: are you at your trailer?
y/n: yes why
m: were coming over.
y/n: we?
*end call*

i groaned at the words she spoke and decided to change. i put on gray pajama pants and a white tank top. i'm not in the mood to see people. i took a makeup wipe to my face and scrubbed off the look plastered on my face. next i took a brush and made sure the knots in my hair were gone. i heard knocking at the door and went to open it.

millie, sadie, noah, caleb, gaten, lizzy, and finn stood looking at me. i rubbed my eyes and allowed them in. i sat on the couch and watched as everyone found a place to sit. millie and sadie each sat on a side of me, gaten and lizzy sat on a bean bag chair together, noah and caleb sat at the bar stools at the counter, and finn stood against the wall and just watched me.

"do you feel any better?" millie asked as she started braiding my hair. "what? oh yeah i uh feel fine." i faked a smile and sadie put youtube on. she put a playlist on and smiled at me. "wanna play a game?" i nodded and she looked around at everyone.

"never have i ever. if you've done it put a finger down, first person with all fingers down loses until there is a winner." she smiled and everyone nodded. "okay never have i ever smoked weed." sadie smirked as she spoke. finn, noah, gaten, and lizzy put a finger down. noah went next.

"never have i ever had my first kiss on camera" i flipped him off and me, millie, and finn put a finger down. "y/n?" noah asked "when mills took a pic of me and finn." she snickered and i saw finn blush at the mention of our personal moment. i smiled and brushed it off.

"never have i ever, had sex." caleb looked around at everyone. everyone put a finger down besides me, even caleb put one down. "isn't the point to say one you haven't done?" i asked and he shrugged. "everyone here has so" i raised my hand "i haven't actually" he raised an eyebrow "you havn't?" finn smacked him in the arm and they laughed. i rolled my eyes and sat back.

as the game came to and end millie one by one point against me. since it was late everyone decided they would get going. i watched them leave and then saw finn come back up to me. "y/n" "yes?"

i looked up at his brown eyes and smiled "that girl kissed me. i know you opened twitter because that's just who you are. it's good by the way. i like who you are. but i didn't like it. i like you" i smiled "i like you too but i'm not ready for any serious stuff yet." he grabbed my hands "i would wait an eternity for you" i laughed "you know we met a week ago right?" he shrugged "it feels like forever" i blushed and he kissed my forehead. with that he left.
