GIGGLING AT THE APPLAUSE THAT FOLLOWED YOUR FINAL NOTE, you looked down, shying away from the crowd. Grinning at the small audience of clones, you bashfully blushed, "Thanks, guys."
Fiddling with the strings on your guitar, you absentmindedly spoke to the clones gathered around you; 79's being kind enough to allow you to play, and what was once a one time gig, was now a nightly appearance.
Not that you minded; in fact, you were grateful for the job, as well as all the love the boys gave you for your singing. Ranging from calling you their little angel to their pretty song bird, you loved how kind they all were; and, you always made time for them and allowed requests.
And, it was safe to say you had a few admirers, too.
A certain puppy-dog eyed, goatee adorned clone being one of them. Always sitting up front, the clone practically falling off his seat with how he constantly tried to lean closer to your voice; always enchanting the trooper with your soft tone.
You had seen him almost every night since you took the job, he was cute, and you weren't going to lie but you really wanted to say hi to him. But, whenever you would try after finishing a gig - it was like he'd just vanish, rapidly leaving the booth he was in like he was never there to begin with.
It always left you feeling a little dejected, but you always knew he'd be back tomorrow — trying again thinking it might be different this time.
Although, it never was.
It seemed if the two of you were going to meet, he'd have to be the one to do it. And, in Fives's case, it seemed like he'd never build up the courage to speak to you.
