~How It All Started~

Pierce woke up pretty early to his annoying alarm and sat up before looking around and getting ready for his day.

about 10 to 15 minutes went by and he was almost ready.. he got a call though

Boss: he waited for Pierce to answer which didn't take long.. "hello? Pierce-"

"yes? what do you need?" he was putting on his shoes as he talked to him

Boss: "I have a job I need you to take care of- can you handle it? I'll message you the details.. this is just important and needs immediate attention"

"yeah sure boss, you know you can count on me for anything" he hung up the phone and grabbed a donut for breakfast as he headed out of the house, he finished his food rather quickly and got a direct message of the details of his assignment.

the message said 'Your Mission - capture Sho Mori, bring him to the headquarters and we will handle the rest.. Sho Mori- 6"1', average build, not much else to go on but it is important to keep him alive..last seen at Silent Falls'

Pierce was fine with that, he had handled worse and with less training under his belt...he was an underground worker for a secret company which required him to hunt down people that his boss needed whenever and wherever. he started to head to the location where his target was last seen. 'Isn't Silent Falls around where that secret gang hides...I mean it doesn't bother me but I'll just have to be careful' he thought as he started to pick up speed.

Oliver's POV
he woke up to the usual yelling in the basement of the cramped dump that his group called a home. "Guys! Would you shut up- I'm trying to sleep!" he pulled the pillow over his head but sat up and stretched before getting up and groggily headed to the so-called kitchen to grab something to eat.

Mono: "hey dumbass-" he was talking to Oliver.. "I have someone I need you to take care of-.. he's been a pest to the gang for a long time and now he's after Sho"

Sho: "you're kidding...not that brat again! wait- Oliver, isn't that kid your age and works for a secret agent group...isn't he a complete psycho?..he's killed people but then again so have we-" he laughed but was silenced by Mono.

Mono: "Oliver, I want you to find him and kill him- that is your job and I expect it to be done." he left.

he stood there eating his food. 'what the hell is his deal all the time, it's like he wakes up with a stick in his ass-'

Sho: he started silently laughing at Oliver again "you better get started little guy~" he left the room too and went back to whatever dumb shit he had been doing before.

'that kid- I don't know much about him but I should probably start researching before Mono kicks my ass-' he thought to himself before heading outside to get some fresh air 'damn, this is a pain...why do I have to be their little dog for jobs like this-' he laid in the grass and looked up at the clouds

Komiko: "hey ollie!" her cute little voice echoing through the empty area around them

"oh hey princess" he smiled and sat up to look at her, putting one hand up to block out the harsh light from the sun

Komiko: "who was that boy Mono was talking about? didn't he tell you to find him and you know- hurt him?" she looked hurt by the idea alone "please don't do it bubby...he doesn't deserve it.. please.."

"I know princess...I know but Mono would kill me if I don't do this.. I promise I won't make it harsh okay" he felt bad but he didn't want to feel Mono's wrath. He got up and went inside again and gave Komiko off to her mother before heading to his room and getting on his computer to find as much information as possible.

Pierce's POV

Pierce snuck around the Falls, he had a bad feeling but proceeded. 'shit, I was gonna go somewhere later...guess I better cancel- eh it's alright..' he went around the area to scope it out and make sure it was safe to go inside.

he didn't know that everyone but Oliver and Komiko had left to go on a hunt so he thought he was headed into unsafe territory.

he went inside quietly and looked around before hearing a small voice in one of the other rooms 'shit-' he hid in the nearest space he could so he wouldn't be detected.

Oliver's POV

he was just looking on his computer after everyone had gone to go on their usual hunts before he heard Komiko charge into his room.

Komiko: "b-bubby...there's someone in the base- I'm scared.." her little voice sounded shaky and scared

he looked at her "are you sure it wasn't just someone from the group?"

Komiko: she nodded "he looked strange.. very pale and he had red eyes...I don't think he saw me though-"

'could it be that boy- I think...I mean I didn't get much information on him but I've heard reports about some guy killing people and the last thing the victims say they saw was his crimson red eyes before they died later in hospitals and such' he looked at Komiko "do you know where he is right now?"

Komiko: she shook her head "n-"

she was cut off by the sound of something hitting the floor.

"shit- stay here...I'll go see what's going on" he got up and went out to the makeshift living room and looked around, seeing a little box had fallen from the top shelf of one of the display cases...he put it back and looked around again before noticing a small bit of someone's coat sticking out of a dark corner in the room 'oh boy' "hello?.." he walked closer but the figure popped out and pinned him to the ground in an instant.
