"We talked all day, Karol! We texted all night, then talked all day. I mean if that isn't truly what you want in a man I despise who you seek in relationships." I laughed at my computer screen staring into the eyes of Karol, my best friend in NYC
"Excuse me, miss bear, but I don't look for a relationship. I look for smoking hot guys to flirt with at bars and MAYBE take home. Don't question my abilities, you will surely fail at your guesses and judgements. I'm superior!" She smiled back at me in a jokingly way. I had just explained to her all that had happened between me and Karl so far, as if I have any type of feelings for him.
I mean I really want to have feelings for him... I just don't know how to handle them. I'd either awkwardly act on my feelings or I keep it locked inside and eventually burst when my treasure chest is too full. There's no in between.
"So. Feelings? No feelings? Whats going on here miss bear i dont wanna catch you simping within your first month in NC" Karol laughed as I sat spinning around in my chair lost in my thoughts
"I mean I want to like him I just don't know how I'd act around him if I established that I do. I like how things are going right now I don't want to mess anything up." I smiled back at her giving her a 'please help me' look
Karol laughed before saying "Kylie I think the best thing right now is to just go wherever this takes you. If it leads to a relationship? Perfection! If it leads to a close friendship? Even better in my opinion. Don't act on him if you're not completely sure if he even feels the same way, but by the looks of it, I really really REALLY think he does." Karol sighed, trying her hardest to find a way to help me when I was almost 8 hours away from her.
"Yea I think you're right. I'll just see where it goes." I smiled. "Well Karol its time to head out, jimmy wanted me to be there at 1 to film their next video. I'll call you later babes take care love you!" I smiled before hanging up after her returned goodbyes.
I got changed into gray lululemon leggings with long Nike crew socks over the bottoms of them and my slip on white vans, paired with an oversized hoodie. I put my hair up into a messy bun and pulled out a few baby hairs before deciding against my contacts. I searched in my nightstand drawers for my glasses.
I looked in the mirror and noticed I looked like a nerd with my glasses and messy bun. At this point in time, I was more comfortable with the crew that I just truly didn't care. I hopped in my grand Cherokee and made my way to the warehouse.

"Kylie! Thanks for coming!" Jimmy greeted me with a side hug as I entered the warehouse which I were to be followed by a suitcase of equipment.
I looked around and noticed everyone was here before me. again.
"Oh good so I'm either super early or super late." I laughed earning a few other giggles from the team. "Sorry for the wait guys." I gave a warm smile to everyone. I searched around for Karl and I wasn't able to find him. I gave myself a slight frown.
